A few weeks ago on an otherwise normal Thursday night I found a large mass on my baby’s neck. I asked (on social media) for recommendations of vets as I wanted to transfer my pack anyway (wasn’t happy with their previous care.) A. Little came VERY highly recommended by so many people I trust explicitly. I appreciated that even after hours, I could shoot them a text and didn’t feel like a sitting duck all night. It felt proactive knowing SOMEONE was going to see my message and tell me what to do. The clinic not only got my boy in on Monday (so I waited a total of 1 business day) but they assessed him, calmed my worries, and got him back in for a necessary treatment. They were explicitly honest about what testing they were doing out of necessity without going overboard and breaking the bank unnecessarily. Unfortunately when I took my boy back for the treatment of what we thought was an ear infection, they found a tumor in his ear. Dr. Little called and informed me, talked me through every step and made sure, again, that nothing unnecessary was being done in futile effort to save his life. Every message I sent, including one just asking ANYONE in the office to talk me off a ledge, was responded to. Every concern I had was addressed and every decision I made was validated. My boy was put to sleep peacefully and although it all happened so quickly, I can’t express enough how much peace I felt working with this vet and this staff. So caring, so understanding, no judgement. They just want to do what’s best for your baby. I’ll miss my Alfred Pennyworth for the rest of time, but letting him go peacefully in the care of these loving angels brought my heart so much comfort. Thank you thank you thank you.

My wife and I have 7 Pets/Kids and we travel often to the Delaware Shore along with them. On our recent trip, one of our Small Dogs who has numerous medical issues had a medical issue that was serious to us. The Amazing Doctors and Staff at "A Little Veterinary Clinic" agreed to squeeze us in on short notice as a new client and took great care of our Bella. She is doing great now!! Much appreciated! They were very knowledgeable, Kind and Very Professional. We would highly recommend them!!

Staff is very welcoming and professional. Everything was explained well and several options were discussed, taking cost into consideration. The amount paid was a fraction of what I have paid at the corporate type vet services. I feel confident that they have my dog's best interest in mind and are not just trying to get more money out of me.

I’ve been A Little Vet since I moved here in 2012. I highly recommend them! They are very compassionate and caring and don’t over charge you labs that you don’t need. I like Dr. Little because she went to school with my Vet in Georgia and they both practice similar so that really made me feel at ease. Great practice!!

This guys here are angels my dog was very sick n they took me in with no hassle they are the best in this area so compassionate they really care took louie in and gave him the best care i recomend for all your animals care to go there they truly are angels its not about money with them its about your fur babys
