La peor clinica de recuperacion que he estado. Nada de profecionales incresan a un paciente si ninguna infomacion prebia de sus medicamentos usa .
No se comunicaron con mi Doctor yo fui ingresado por un referido de mi Doctor y m dejaron casi dos días sin mis medicamentos, el trato es pesimo, No la recomiendo lo peor

My husband was in this facility for quite a while before he passed, and I was in there, too, for a short while. The inside of the facility is a little rundown, but the staff is very nice and most do an outstanding job of helping the patients and their visitors. The physical and occupational staff was very good for me, in particular, who had had 6 months of therapy at TGH and Cora. This staff did more for me than I had had before. Steve, head of Occupational Therapy was fantastic! Thanks to him I can stand, bend over, reach distances, and walk with a quad cane. He was very good with my husband, too! In fact, Steve and Robert made my husband’s day; he looked forward to therapy with them until his health got worse and he couldn’t participate anymore. If anything happened (falling out of bed, needing to go to the hospital, etc…) I was notified right away, no surprises! The nursing staff was very patient and one woman in particular was wonderful with my husband during his final 3 months:Lena. She was an angel is disguise!
It’s not the fanciest place with the newest of everything, but they made up for it with their staff, from the greeter at the front desk to the staff. I have nothing but good things to say!

I definitely have to give credit where credit is due. My mom got transferred here last night and I was worried as the place is old looking and we were concerned about her care. When my sister and I arrived in the morning we were extremely pleasantly surprised to find that not only was my mom getting her antibiotics and breathing treatment, but she was in a clean dry diaper with clean sheets and bathed. She had a big smile and talked about how nice the staff treats her. I spoke to the charge nurse and she answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. We will admit that although last night we had a heavy heart, this afternoon we return home feeling that our mom is safe and well cared for.

I must edit my review based on ongoing lack of care and physical therapy. I am not sure if there is no continuity of care, communication or just shortage of staff. Although I demonstrated twice to nursing staff that my mom can (and should) use the bedside commode, there has been no effort to assist her in meeting this goal. Physical therapy has been reduced to hoisting her to a chair a few hours. We placed her in this rehab because we were reassured that the physical therapy department was the best. Once again, I am not sure if they are practicing medico-legal, if they are short and don't have enough time with each patient or just don't care to help her regain control of her activities of daily living but she has deteriorated in the last couple of weeks. Please accept this as constructive criticism to improve care.

Think twice before sending anyone here! The only good people here are the people at the front. Once you walk through the security door, you’re greeted with a highly foul smell. The nurses have no genuine care for the patients and visitors. They mistreated both my grandparents and their roommates.

The treatment here doesn’t really work as well, as both my grandparents stay ended with a trip to the hospital. I’ve read many bad reviews in the past and it seems like no one’s addressed many issues, or changed anything. Overall, don’t recommend this place.

The staff here are awesome! It's not a great place to see your loved one's in, nobody wants their family in rehab. But every member of the staff I met was compassionate and professional. The nurses took time to explain to me what my parents were going through and called with updates. It's a difficult job, but they did it with grace. Thank you all.

The therapy and Jules and Natalie is the only good thing in this place. I have so many issues with the staff and them mistreating patients at night plz check on your family daily. The food is not good for people who have restrictions. They will still feed anything. The pictures show several nights of no one answering buzzers. They deserve a 0

Staff ignores patients requests. Leaves them sitting in soiled diaperr for hours And when asked for help to use the toilet she was told
just go in the diaper. She only ever used the diaper for overnight not wear one 24 hrs a day. Lousy bedside manners. Staff lacks empathy. BEWARE
