The dog we have fostered was such a matted mess. He came out looking like a new man! The puparazzi was taking photos!! I am so impressed!

We took our golden doodle to get groomed. We wanted to get her face trimmed up and wanted to keep her fluff. The groomer called my wife to inform us our doodle had matts, and she would have to be shaved. along with that we need to brush her. My wife let her know we do brush her. The worker stated there was no point in a brush because it doesn’t get the under coat and she will keep the matts to show us “how bad the matts were”. My wife agreed to the shave but stated we didn’t want her down to her skin and wanted her ears, face, butt and tail left alone. When we picked our doodle up she was shaved head to toe. They went to the extreme of even cutting her eyelashes. The shave is not even along her body, the hair is different length. They also stated she has hematomas, but we gave our doodle a bath a few days before and there was no sign of anything. The hematoma was the groomers way of covering up for cutting our dogs ear.

We will never take our doodle back here and will not recommend going here to anyone. It was $85.00 for poor service and rude employees.

The care they give my girls is fantastic. They always do an excellent job grooming and the boarding service. I bet if you try it you will be back. Love I can make appoints over the weekend to match my schedule, as well. A great asset to Alma for people with four legged family members.

Really friendly, my little boy looked so good. They did a great job . Will go here for now on
