We are very pleased with the new Simsbury veterinary practice. The staff is friendly and professional. They had our records from before the practice changed hands, but took time to get to know our two dogs and 4 cats. They treated each with care.

Pricing is typical of a small general practice in this area. We felt they gave honest options without pressure.

The facility is clean and well maintained. We plan to continue using them as our primary care veterinarian and wish them success with their new practice!

My beagle needed attention and my regular vet was booked full. I was lucky to get an appointment with this office the next day. I was very pleased with Dr Kubis and the staff. They were excellent with a very skittish beagle and they worked with my regular vet to get records and hand the diagnosis back to the regular vet.

Shocked & Disappointed!
For 38 years, Dr Korten was our vet. I continued after the transition to the new team. Yesterday, I called to ask them to update my dogs prescription food on Chewy because it had expired. They refused to to it and would only update it if I used their online service. I had used it in the past at their request and was disappointed. The only way they would provide an updated prescription was if I drove to the office, paid $10, and picked it up myself. I asked for the office manager and she rudely told me they were too busy to do things any different. I went to the hospital, picked up the prescription and my dogs records. They did not care that we were leaving the practice!

My experiences at Simsbury Veterinary Hospital have been nothing but positive. I'm not quite sure how Ashley manages to clip my anxious pup's nails so quickly and kindly! Dr. Kubis is excellent. She discovered a faint, irregular heart murmur in my dog that was not caught by others. I have been very happy with everything and everyone I have encountered at the office.

Dr. Kubis is the BEST vet I have ever been to! All of my pets have been patients of hers for about 12 years. She truly cares about your fur-babies wellness and wants what is best for them. Her excitement to see your pets, love on them, amazing bedside manner, and her extensive knowledge is extraordinary! I can't begin to express how AMAZING she is and I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Excellent clinic , been taking our pets there for almost 20 years. After Dr Korten retired we thought they closed and took our pets to another place. But once we found out Simsbury Veterinary hospital was opened again we went back and the new Dr is awesome , along with the staff. Dr Kubis is great dealing with my dog and so are her assistants , they're very caring and took time to go over everything and help my dog who suffers from skin allergies. Very glad we went back to this clinic , they care about your pets and are very compassionate. I should also point out I have a German Shepherd who doesn't trust a lot of people but had no problem with the Dr and her assistant handling him. I recommend this place 100% and glad I went back...

Dr Kubis has a very engaging personality and the professionalism to match it. Her discussions are easily understood and I feel comfortable have her care for my dog. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Kubas is the best vet, hands down, that we have every worked with. Our three Shelties and one Great Pyrenees love her almost as much as we do.
