Although they were pleasant, they take your dog and “perform services” in the back room where you are not allowed. Why do they have treatment rooms? professional vets usually perform treatments such as immunization and shots in front of the customer so the dog can feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my previous Vet retired after providing excellent services for my dog. my dog had never acted this fearful during a routine visit with his previous veterinarian as the services were conducted in my presence. This is kind of shady. I definitely don’t recommend

Dr Baig and his staff are excellent. Great at fitting you in too! I do rescue plus have my own pets and they always welcome each pet warmly.

My dog is family to us. When she started to get sick on Labor day weekend , we were in a panic because my normal vet was out of town. Norwich Vet was the only vet opened. It also was a Sunday of this holiday weekend. The girl on the phone was wonderful. Knowing I had never been. Come right in . What a wonderful experience. The vet was so nice . Did not rush . Gave me meds. The price was not crazy.

I don't even have words for how thankful I am for these people. Most vets nowadays genuinely just want your money. These people run an honest business and they actually care about your pets. The doctor is always very empathetic and sweet with my dog, whom other places have muzzled before even meeting her. My dog loves everyone at this office and as do I. Any place who has a staff that has starlings is the place I want to be. 15/10, don't go anywhere else.

We had a sick kitty that nobody from our area or surrounding towns could see immediately. He sadly passed away waiting for an appointment. His brother and littermate then became ill a week later. Again we couldn't get an appointment. I remembered finally this name a friend once mentioned 25 miles away and googled Norwich Veterinary hospital. They saved our 5 year old kitty "Sweetie's" life this week. The Dr was swift to action, gentle, communicated the issues and ordered the tests and immediately dosed and set up a new diet plan with us. The staff all 5 that we saw were amazing and happy people, again ready to help and full of concern and emotional, logistical, and administrative support then and a few days later when my food order came in.
We're moving all our pets here as they are open 7 days a week and don't turn people away to places that also turn people.away. Special diet for our male cat - don't feed male cats store bought.dry food!! OMG all of this could have been averted. Science Diet for life. Thank you all so very much ❤️

THIS IS THE WORST VETERINARY YOU COULD EVER EVER GO IN YOUR LIFE AND I REGRET I DID FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. THEY KILLED MY BABY BALI . WE TOOK HIM TO THEM WEEKS BEFORE THIS TO TREAT HIM BECAUSE HE EAS HAVING SOME DIARREAS THEY GAVE HIM VERY EXPESIVE WEIRD MEDS THAT HAVENT HELPED HIM ISNTEAD MADE HIM WORST , WHEN I TOOK MY CAT BECAUSE HE GOT WORST . THE RECEPCIONIST LADYS ( THE BLONDE WOMAN ) DIDNT EVEN CARE NOBODY CARES TO CALL NOBODY WE WAITED THERE FOR 45 minutes sitted jn chair they knew it eas an emergency then they took us to a room when he was in his dying process then i yelled he died that is when they came to pick up the cat to do something with him . The girls were texting in their phone instead of helping this people dont love animals they dont! I go to norwichtown veterinary hospetal after this . THINK IT TWICE BEFORE GOING THERE

Have always had a pleasant experience with them. Costs are reasonable. The vet is truly there for the health and well being of the animals; that's hard to come by these days.
