Please be careful with your pets here. One of the doctors specifically has consistently been careless with prescribing medications. Little transparency with what is being prescribed, along with not checking our pets medical records before prescribing. Had we not mentioned a medical issue of our pet, they would have given them medication that could have caused issues. They failed to check medical records before hand. Not a good look or situation to be a part of at all. Scary in all honesty.

Technicians have also been careless - after a small procedure, our pet continued to bleed for hours, only to find out that half of a catheter was still in him, which we could not see at first because of his bandage.

Asked multiple times for a doctor to call us back over issues above, we received no call.

We’ve since switched care away from them and are very happy.

I am a new bunny owner and decided to take my two bunnies here to be spayed and neutered.. my regular vet and a few others were more expensive so I came here to get the baby bunnies fixed . HUGE MISTAKE!!! While Carrie was nice at check in it that quickly faded .. I told these people three times I was a new bunny owner and that I have disabilities so I don’t drive myself .. I asked for the bunnies to have fluids and pain meds during the procedure.. I was told “ we DONT give fluids during procedures but we will give pain meds injections if requested but they DONT normally give pain meds either “. So I called at 1:30 to check in bunnies and was given attitude because “ we told you to call after 2” was the response I got when I called. I go to pick the two bunnies up at 4:30 and I ask about after care .. I asked again about pain meds to go home and again I asked about any fluids for hydration and was told “ no pain meds are needed they are allset “ was handed the recipt and spay and neuter certificates and that was all. Next morning I called and talk to Carrie and told her my female bunny was not eating or drinking and hadn’t urinated or pooped… was told “ keep an eye on that and should start to happen give it a few more hours . I called again later that afternoon and was told to just watch and try to feed her some favorite treats and call back again and then was told to mix pellets with warm water and applesauce … explained she will not eat not even lettuce and no drinking water nothing for poops … was told “ call back in the morning “… I called my REGULAR VET first thing this morning and explained everything to them and had to go for EMERGENCY CARE VISIT.. my baby bunny was in GI STASIS and needed fluids .. pain meds to.. X-rays.. blood work to make sure there was no permanent damage to kidneys and liver..I immediately called this vet hospital and told them what was going on and again got attitude saying I should have called there first thing mind you it was 8ish in the morning when I called them!! They said I could transfer bunny there somehow NO FREAKING WAY.. I don’t drive .. I had gotten blown off numerous times with my concerns about the ongoing issues … now here I am $815 later AFTER paying the $915 for original Spay and neuter!!! Caitie said she would talk to vet and see if they could help .. when I finally talked to Carrie again I was told these things sometimes happen and I should have force fed my bunny more pellets mixed with applesauce !! Numerous reasons things went wrong … they could have given fluids like I requested and they could have sent my bunnies home with pain meds as requested but DIDNT… this place DOESNT give pain meds for surgery which is INHUMANE and CRUEL!! And then NOT to send pain meds home when AsKED again CRUEL!! NO APOLOGIES WERE GIVEN TO ME FOR THEIR WRONG DOING!! no help offered to offset any of the added pain and agony my 6month old 3 pound baby bunt has to now endore and NO offer to help offset even a portion of the added cost to me!! My regular vet has sent me home with 3 meds .. critical care to be syringe fed every few hours .. I have to bring my bunny back to the vet every day for next 3 days for fluid injections because she is in BAD GI STASIS and I have disability and my hands shake so I can’t give fluid injections to her at home !! Word to the wise STAY AWAY from this place ..pay the extra money and get your animal to a place that CARES and doesn’t just cut animals open without thinking of there pain and after care !! Disgusted that an apology wouldn’t even be given !!

I called looking for a price comparison on dental work because my vets estimate for a cleaning, x-rays, and "likely extractions" is higher than I paid a cat opthalmologist to remove my other cats eye (he took a claw to his eye when he was a stray). They told me to email the estimate I received and provided their email address. I emailed the estimate and the medical records from my cat's visit the day prior with her vet.
Instead of helping me, they emailed me saying to call for an estimate on an exam. They won't estimate the dental work without seeing her. Seeing as X-rays are needed for full diagnosis, all you're going to see is the tarter described by her vet in the medical records.
I'm guessing they looked at the estimate and charge comparable rates and want me to pay hundreds of dollars on a visit to confirm that. HA! No thanks. Next time, don't have me waste my time emailing the info.

Very thorough and reasonably priced in comparison to some of the vets in the area. They spent a lot of time with my senior dog and took the time to explain to me a plan of care for her. Comparatively I’m used to vets rushing you through a diagnosis and then charging an outrageous bill so I was really impressed with this practice. Hoping to bring my younger dog there in the future for her next well check.
