one of the best Vet experiences i’ve ever had! we took our puppy here for his first checkup, all of the staff were SO nice to me, it was around 5pm, end of the day and everyone was so kind!! 1000% if you are looking for a Vet in the area, go here!!! ✨

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Gilmore. We brought our cat here for a second opinion after a not so friendly visit to another local vet. Dr Gilmore was very very thorough. She took the time to answer any and all of our questions and explained everything start to finish. The compassion she had for our cat was unmatched. Although the diagnosis was still hard , she made us feel much better about our decisions going forward. Since our initial visit we’ve come back for another check up with even more questions and to seek her professional opinion. She was extremely honest with us and upfront. As we near the end of life for our cat I am so grateful we have had the chance to have her care for our cat. We will be switching all of our pets to this vet & office. I can’t say enough good about Dr Gilmore and her team.

Absolutely the worst vet office I’ve ever been to. They treated my beardie & didn’t give me enough meds to finish his treatment. When I called to tell them they said they would try to get the rest of his medicine soon. Why try? Just do! It’s your fault for not giving us enough.

They are horrible at communication. I called them a week ago asking for tests & they waited an entire week to get back to me. They also told me they aren’t seeing exotics anymore, which is good because they don’t have a vet qualified to see them anymore. But why wait a whole week to tell me? Thankfully I made an appointment elsewhere instead of waiting for them. I have a very sick beardie & they couldn’t care less.

I tried to get into my pets records so I can make copies & I’ve been locked out. Why? Now I can’t access test results, etc. Very rude, uncaring, & unprofessional. I wouldn’t take any animal here even if they were the last vet on earth!

About a month ago , unfortunately one of my boys was attacked , and they saw our boy right away at 5pm on a Thursday without us ever being there before , so that we didn't have to drive an hour to the emergency vet in RI. They took great care of him and for an emergency visit and 2 follow up visits ( he had to get drains removed and checked for infections ) it still cost under 450 dollars. You can definitely tell they care all 3 times we went we were taken in right away with little waiting time , vet techs are all friendly and my boy loved them.

When we had to put our dog down their compassion and care was exceptional. They sent a card of condolence as well.

The secretaries are super rude but the veterinary staff is amazing. Definitely worth dealing with McNasty to get excellent veterinary service.

Even though I got the awful news that my dog would have to be put down, every employee that I came in contact with was very compassionate and sympathetic. I would recommend this vet for anyone with any circumstance. They were wonderful to me and my baby boy Kobe during our last moments together and I will always remember that.

They are amazing, Justice loves going to visit the girls. She gets so excited to see them they make her comfortable, as long as you don't bring up her ears. Lol
