We had a great appointment at Eastbrook yesterday. They always are but somehow yesterday I felt very much informed and know the path ahead. The staff is always great and make my pet feel comforted and loved. Thanks to everyone at Eastbrook for always taking such good care of your patients and the animals owners as well!

We recently started going here in September 2023 due to my job offering pet insurance that this vet accepts. Everyone has been very personable, friendly, and informative. Unlike other vets where I've felt "guilted me" into spending money on expensive procedures or course of medical action, east brook has been honest and provided the pros and cons to each option. The vets explain to you the medical terminology in an easy to understand manner. They were very accommodating and patient with my pup Sugar, who can be fairly timid. Sugar had dental work done, and i was blown away about how throughout they were with aftercare. They checked up on her 2 times after the surgery as well!!! It provided me comfort that she was taken care of so well.

Price wise, my last vet was a tiny bit cheaper, but with my vet insurance, it comes out to a cheaper price.

I absolutely love and adore this place they have taken care of two of my precious babies so far and I can’t wait to bring the rest! They have such great mannerisms, they work with you financially, offer care credit , know the animals names and greet them! Just to name a few! Besides a beautiful and clean establishment! Accepts my whole family coming in there all together to support our babies! I just love them dearly!!!

I was seen promptly, the Dr. and assistant were very helpful and understanding. My cat has had health issues, she is 13, and requires medication. Very impressed with the knowledge and experience in this office.

Hudson, my golden retriever, has always been nervous about being at the vet since I took him at 10 months (he is now 10 years old). He has had full blown panic attacks at times requiring me to wait outside with him until the vet was completely ready for him.
I switched to East Brook Animal Hospital approximately a little over 2 years ago. The vets never disappoint with making sure that Hudson feels safe. I really appreciate that they will get right down on the floor with him. The vets also listen to all my concerns and come up with solutions that benefit the long term health, safety, and happiness of my golden.
The staff at East Brook Animal Hospital are also extremely kind, almost always with a smile, and generous to a fault to render assistance if needed.
I will never be taking Hudson back to his old veterinary office- I am 100% happy & satisfied with everything about our new vets, vet techs, office staff, location, etc.
