I used to take my pets to a different veterinarian. But after observing the care they give to my daughter's animals. I switched immediately over to Chester vet. They truly care about your animals. They Our attentive and friendly. I wouldn't take my animals to any other establishment.

Dr. Flower is the best!!! Harry wasn't happy about going with his respitory infection but under Dr. Flower's skilled hands was examined and treated. Harry is now back to his playful wonderful self.

Was very impressed with Chester Veterinary Clinic. Been trying to switch to a smaller vet for a while and they haven't been taking new patients, but they opened it back up just in time. Maui is a large friendly dog, often misunderstood. The folks at CVC were very friendly from the moment we arrived until we left answering all my questions about their policies/practices that may be different from my previous vet. Dr Merrill spent plenty of time assessing Maui's health, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Maui enjoyed his time meeting everyone, he's really a tender heart inside. Will be taking our other dog soon for he annual and hope to have the same experience.

I love the Chester Vet! I have brought all 3 of my cats here for the past 6 years and have always been very pleased. We come every year for their routine checkups, i have gotten my male cat neutered, and my 2 female cats spayed here. All microchipped aswell. The care that this facility takes with my animals means the most to me because my pets are my babies, and they treat them as the same. Thank you Chester Vet for all that you do!

Dr. Graves agreed to take my 4-and-a-half-month-old kitten for spaying, first appointment the next day after we asked, even though it wasn't emergent. She had gone into heat and she was up howling intermittently throughout the night, restless and she couldn't sleep or eat much. It was awful for her and for us. The procedure was fine with no problems and she is recovering well. We were very grateful for their assistance and our girl is back to her normal behavior. Also, the office staff is always very nice, knowledgeable and supportive.

This Vet clinic has deteriorated dramatically over the past several years. I have used Chester Vet for 25+ years. It was bought out by a corporation roughly 5-6 years ago. Now there is constant Vet turnover, the cost of services have soared and they have partnered with an online Vet pharmacy that is inept at best. They get kick backs from this partnership. Chester Vet steered a recent prescription for my dog to this pharmacy- Vetcove. Somehow an expensive prescription, which I had decided to discontinue since it was not helping my dog, got stuck in an every two week Autoship mode while I was away on vacation. I came home to a pile of unopened meds on my counter. When I asked to ship the meds back and be refunded, the pharmacy refused and told me to talk to Chester Vet. Their off site manager was not helpful. After sending the last package back "refused" by the post office and alerting American Express, they agreed to refund one of the packages. I still have two though and am out an extra $310. Worst customer service. Do yourself a favor, do not agree to using their online pharmacy.

Love Chester Vet. They are very accommodating. When I have called due to a sick pet I am told to come right down, and they take care of my dogs right away. They have a very friendly staff and you never wait long for appointments. I always feel like my dogs are in good hands with Chester Vet!
