Nothing but kind words and the most thanks to Golden Paws animal hospital. Dr Sam, Dr Ben, Dr French are all amazing people. Also the reception staff and assistants and the mobile unit team. Our dog Rooster had a few medical concerns and required surgery over the years; and we always felt like they were rooting him on and went above and beyond to help us with our questions and late night calls. When Rooster passed away due to his older age; they provided us with a lot of compassion and care. They knew how much he meant to us, and we really felt like he meant something to them too — especially since we had all been through so much together. We will always love and miss our guy and I wanted to say thank you x 1000 for providing him such quality service through the years.

Dr. Sara and her team are responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Their communication, both in the office and in follow up correspondence, is timely and clear. I have been extremely pleased with the care our dog has received at Golden Paws.

Dr. Sam is such a caring, knowledgeable vet who runs a veterinary practice that really caters to pet families. His practice is open every Saturday for most of the day. They also can make home visits if that works best for the family. When a neighbor needed immediate attention for her dog, Murdoch, Dr. Sam made it his priority to go to her house and treat her dog. Unfortunately her dog had to be put down and Dr. Sam did it in the most compassionate way right at her home. He is very patient and kind. Also, and just as important, his staff are wonderful and also very warm and caring human beings. I recommend them highly.

We just started going to this vet with our newly adopted shelter puppy. Our dog, Misty, is really shy and fearful with strangers. The staff have all been amazing! They go slow with her and she’s doing better after two visits. Grateful for patient vets and vet techs! Thank you!

We recently moved to the area with our aging dog and (slightly) younger cat. Unfortunately, our dog needed to be euthanized eecently (he was old and lived a good long life). The entire experience-as hard as it is and will always be-was really made as good as possible by Golden Paws. They were accommodating, sensitive, respectful, courteous and professional! Fast forward a few weeks and we had our cat welcomed to the neighborhood (shots, etc.). Again-pros! Both times, they were responsive and communicative with all our questions and were really all we could ask for with care of our pets.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Sam, Dr. Allison and the staff. When we moved back to Arvada in 2017 we were in need of a vet near us. We went to several vets in Arvada, never satisfied. We finally decided to go to Golden Paws (7/2023) and I wish we would have started here. There has not been a single vet that has taken the time with each one of our dogs like Dr. Sam did. Our middle dog has had ear issues for 3 years, due to a Tic. Nothing severe, just itchy! He has allergies and so seemed to just be the norm. Everyone brushed it off and said he was fine. Dr. Sam did a thorough exam, most thorough I’ve ever seen and diagnosed our boy with an ear infection. I was crying I was so thankful someone finally figured out what was wrong and so upset no one else had ever taken the time. We were prescribed the antibiotics and he is doing great!!! This is the best he has been in years.
Our oldest went in today for her teeth cleaning and to get some masses removed on her feet. Dr. Allison was fabulous and stayed in touch with updates. Our girl looks like she has a whole new mouth! Thank you for taking such great care of my babies ?

The front desk staff and veterinary technician were extremely kind and knowledgeable, making my initial experience quite pleasant. However, my interaction with the vet, Dr. French, was disappointing. She appeared scattered and unprofessional, frequently interrupting me and not fully listening to my concerns. At one point, she even suggested my dogs needed a trainer. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I expected more from a professional in this setting. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her services based on this visit.
