My poor little guy got a horrible bite on his eye and we had to come in to CVSG. When I first called, the receptionist was great with me - giving me wait time updates, asking what was going on and being so compassionate over the phone. Once we got to the clinic, it was clean and laid out beautifully for all the different animals to be comfortable. The receptionist asked a few more questions, got us checked in really fast and took us to a private room to wait. I so appreciated the heads up for wait time as this is an emergency clinic but we didn’t have to wait too long at all. The doctor was so fantastic and asked all the questions, gave advice, talked pricing on the meds we would need to make sure we were comfortable with the price, and most of all she was so gentle and loving with our poor little guy who felt awful and was in pain. She explained everything to me, took the time to listen to my concerns, didn’t rush us at all but at the same time she was fast and efficient in her care. At the end, a technician came in to go over everything from our visit, explained further care for home, and gave me room to ask questions if I needed to. Top notch at every step, thank you all so much!

My pup was kept overnight, he was peeing blood from his butt., released the next morning with the doctor stating, he was eating ( with a ferocious appetite) and had great energy. I brought him home and he slept barely ate and had continued to have bloody diarrhea. I brought him back to the clinic the next morning. I was told by the tech that the doctor had one dog that needed evaluation and then they would be in. We have been in the room for an hour and 15 minutes without one word or check in. My dog can't even hold his head up at this point, he has lost at least another half cup of blood, his paws and. nose are ice cold. They walk in and say, sorry we had some critical dogs come in that took presidents over Finn. No examination done yet and they decided my dog takes a back seat to the rest. I am beyond frustrated. The fact that they didn't prioritize my dog when they had already said there was only one dog ahead of mine. I watched the 3 dogs come in after me. They weren't carried in they weren't visibly wounded and they walked in on their own but I'm told they are more critical then mine. I've already paid 1780 for care and my dog is still sick and I'm not given priority.

I want to start this off by saying that the techs and doctors at this location were very compassionate and professional. I brought my dog, Indigo, in because he wasn't eating and he was puking brown liquid. They took good care of him and we found out he had a foreign body obstruction in his intestinal tract. After carefully reviewing our choices, and the cost, we were saddened to find out the only option we could afford was to euthanize my baby boy. However, even in this incredible painful even, they were extremely caring and kind. They made the process much easier, and treated him and us with compassion I was not expecting. My pup passed peacefully and painlessly, and comfortably in my hands. I was able to say my last goodbyes to him myself and for that I cannot thank the wonderful staff of this establishment enough. I will definitely be bringing my other dog here whenever he needs anything. Thank you guys so much.

Can’t thank the staff at CVSG enough for taking great care of my dog Tahoe. We came in to the ER after being referred from another veterinary emergency group as it was determined my dog would need surgery to remove necrotic tissue from a bad infection/wound. They were all so caring, laid out the plan and costs for me ahead of time (this was going to be an extensive process as my dogs wounds were to be left open after tissue removal until everything was healthy enough to be closed), and truly worked to keep the costs as minimal as possible for me during the course of his care/treatment. We had to return to the office daily for wound cleaning/bandage changes and we were always greeted by friendly staff who recognized us when we walked in, vet techs who were up to speed on my dogs case and always excited to see him and care for him for the day. I’d like to thank everyone at CVSG, I wish I could remember all of the names of the great staff we dealt with, but thank you to our vet techs especially Alicia + Shana from the ER, and Dr. Bush, as well as Dr. Fox and Dr. Lewis! I hope we don’t have to return, but if something comes up we will definitely come back to CVSG!

I highly recommend CVSG. Our dog Olive had an accident and had to wear a cast for several weeks. Dr. Bush and all the staff were always very professional and caring until Olive was completely recovered. Thank you.

For the surgery side if the house at this business, my vet was awesome and my tech was good too but most of the support staff seemingly hated their jobs and it clearly effected their professionalism. Understanding its a hospital and people are not always very nice to the staff its still important to have staff that can prevent themselves from overflowing their frustration onto the next customer. I do not need a reply from the busniess and have no need to further dicuss my experience with the clinic I want potential customers to be aware there are better options for care, more affordable, compassionate and accountable.

This place is excellent. We have used them for several urgent situations for our cat and dog. Recently, they took amazing care of my sick cat and ended up giving him end of life care a few days later. The comfort room we were in was very comfortable and you can even sneak out a side door afterwards to get to your car instead of ugly crying through the waiting room. The staff is extremely compassionate, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Continually impressed and appreciative for everyone at this practice. My dogs seem to only need vet services in the middle of the night or on holidays!

The team here is so kind, communicative, and transparent with pricing. I feel like they always take the time needed to ensure the correct diagnosis and treatment for my dogs.

Cannot recommend them highly enough!
