Today was my first experience at Wags to Riches. My husky was very well taken care of. Her thick under fur was removed and she looks like a brand new dog. She had a great experience today and we will definitely be returning. All of the staff were very kind and professional!

I asked for my 11 month ago kitten to get trimmed and they come back with him shaved…and they charged almost $200 for that and had some attitude in the front when I gave no tip cause that’s NOT what I asked for, it’s ridiculous. do NOT listen to the bots in the review sections here, do NOT go to this place, it’s awful and even the area is unpleasant, no wonder they did such an awful job…?‍♀️ they clearly don’t know how to groom/trim a cat…they think “trimming” is “shaving” what a horrible job they did, I will never be coming back to that low life environment for my dog AND cat. I wish I can give zero stars like they deserve but I guess I can’t go lower than one star…

This is the worst grooming experience we've ever had. We made our appointment and explained that we wanted our dog's hair trimmed short, plus all the normal grooming treatment and were scheduled then given a price. We showed up and were immediately told that the person who we spoke with shouldn't be answering the phone and that the price was $50 more than what we were told. We are already there and our dog needed groomed, so we said okay and left her. Then we received a phone call a couple hours later saying that they couldn't finish her because they were afraid of her. This dog has been groomed bi-monthly her entire life and she's 8 years old at Petsmart, but was unable to get in, so we thought that we'd try something new. Big mistake. We showed up to get her and she wasn't trimmed at all under her neck, on parts of her legs, portions of her stomach, or her tail. She looked like she had been hacked all up. Even though I don't believe them that she wouldn't let them finish because she is super mellow and friendly, I wouldn't blame the dog if she wanted to be done because you could tell they had absolutely no clue as to what they were doing. To make matters worse, they told us they would give us a $20 discount because they couldn't finish and still charged us $225!!! It took us 2 weeks to get her into Petsmart, but they had no issues whatsover and got her cleaned up and trimmed properly for us. I would NEVER take any pet of ours near these people again.

BEWARE THAT THE GOOD REVIEWS THAT THEY RECEIVED IN THE PAST, MUST BE FROM BEFORE THEY CHANGED OWNERSHIP! Trust the negative reviews you see below as in addition to our experience above, we were also treated rudely in similar way.

This is the best place I've found to trim my big boy's nails (pitbull). He's very touchy and let's you know he doesn't like it. Nice people, great service, and they're always available.

My dog is not easy. At all. And these ladies were awesome! My pup came back looking and smelling great! Nails done perfectly!
