I recently discovered CIYA Pet Grooming in Palm Desert and had the privilege to meet owner Li Su. I have a 10 year old 75 pound Italian Spinone/English Sheepdog mix named Rider. I have never in my life experienced such tender loving care. Li Su is truly dedicated to her craft and treats my dog with kindness and enthusiasm throughout the entire grooming process. She is a consummate professional and really gets into the nitty gritty of grooming. I live in Los Angeles and CIYA is our first stop every time we come to the desert. Thank you Li Su!

Excellent Grooming Experience. Called Ciya today as it's just been a punishing experience every time we see our normal groomer.

Ciya is a refreshing place to have your dog groomed. Private Appointments and not a bunch of other dogs running around on site to agitate those being groomed.

It was my pets only for the 4 hour block set aside for my 2 dogs. The groomer was attentive and careful and sent photos and videos before and after each dog. Asked if I wanted anything changed and put them back on table to make corrections. Felt like going to a regular barber shop for a person.

This is the most carefree my dogs have ever been at the groomer. They are usually exhausted after the grooming but here at Ciya they seemed happy and ready to play.

This groomer does not complain about things and is happy to be a groomer and serving her clients. That is refreshing.

I was concerned about the 1 star review but he gives alot of 1 stars out so take it with a grain of salt like I did and enjoy your new groomer she's excellent.

Excellent experience! I highly recommend Ciya Pet Grooming. They have been grooming my fur babies for about 3 months and they always do a fantastic job. My baby was groomed last week. They did such a good job. As always no complaints here. Thank You So Much Ciya Pet Grooming ❤️

I LOVE this groomer. I took my rescue/maybe Jack Russell who must have had someone cut her nails into the quick before I got her. Even having 2 people hold her with restraints it is a struggle to get her nails trimmed. Nancy was calm and reassuring throughout and my dog got her first good nail trim in the 2 years I’ve had her. The rest of the grooming appointment went wonderfully, even without my anxious dog’s full cooperation. We’ll be back.
