Maria, the hospital manager, repeatedly hung up on me after being rude and disrespectful. She claimed they were extremely busy, which I understand, but I was simply trying to schedule an appointment. She kept insisting I couldn’t make one because my last visit shows I was seen in 2016. However, I was at the clinic just a few months ago, was referred for extractions, and told to return afterward. Clearly, she either failed to manage that visit or has not kept proper records, as she is now unable to make an appointment for me due to this issue. When I tried to clarify, she refused to explain why I couldn’t schedule and continued to ignore my attempts. Given her inability to make a simple appointment or track basic details of my most recent visit, I’m left questioning her ability to manage anything at all. I will not bring my animals to a clinic that cannot maintain accurate records or provide basic service.

We switched to Animal Clinic of the Oaks because other vets were either too expensive, to crowded or their service was lacking. This clinic has very reasonable prices for medical treatment and vaccinations, and they offer 20% discounts on vaccinations during some weeks of the year. They notify you in advance via email.

This vet is very experienced and compassionate, and the front office staff are friendly. You can't go wrong here.

When you take your dog to the vet good communication between the staff and customer is crucial. I just hate when I feel like they didn't understand my concerns or the reason for my visit. I don't like to feel rushed and I shouldn't have to feel scared leaving my pet / best friend with them.
Well Dr. Deams staff made me laugh, they made me feel at home. The staff told me in detail what would happen during my pets procedure and what to expect when Dr Deams was finished. They answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. I am extremely happy with this Animal Clinic and I highly recommend Dr Deam. I would pay any amount for my dog to be happy. Jojo says ruff ruff thanks.

Great Vet! Dr Hare is excellent. The entire staff team is extremely kind and helpful. Proper pricing compared to others I have been to as well. Same care and attention, but not taking advantage.

High integrity - I had accidently been charged for part of the services I didn't use. I didn't catch this error, they did, and gave me a call to get it corrected. Which leads me to believe they take great care in reviewing the files of their patients before and after.

Thank you for your amazing work, and I will be back for all pet care needs in the future!

Staff was great. Doctor was not. At all. Seemed like he didn’t know what he was talking about and seemed completely indifferent and diffused to the state of our cat. We were not able to be with our cat during the examination so an extra 200 charge was tacked on to our estimate for sedation. He was obviously stressed that his owners were not there to comfort him. Got quoted $1,300 for diagnostics and that’s before any treatment. Would not recommend.
