We visited the Moorpark store this past weekend, and we were greeted with friendly smiles as soon as we entered the store. They have an amazing selection of just about everything for your pet needs. They had adorable kittens and guinea pigs up for adoption and an awesome bird named Smiley. One of the coolest things, is they have a cute popcorn machine with fresh popcorn for their customers. They also offer vet and clinic services. Awesome place!

Great prices to go along with the great customer service! Nice to have a local brick and mortar store you love to shop at and not feel ripped off. They definitely won me over as a new customer and now a loyal customer.

Got my betta from here, and he was perfectly healthy. No fin rot. Just try to pick the healthiest looking fish for the guarantee that your fish will survive. (Flowy fins with no deterioration, not sitting at the bottom of the cup looking dead.) All the fish were pretty but there were no females. So i had to use a separate tank just for him since you can’t house males with other fish. Overall i trust this store and would pick this place over petco or pet smart any day because they actually take good care of the fish and the water is clean. The size of an animal does not determine how much care it deserves.

I believe Allen is the employee in the pet food department that helped me tremendously! I’m sure he probably saw how confused I was reading the labels and Googling things on my phone, and came over and asked if I needed help. I’m a first time dog momma and he helped me to understand the ingredients list and cipher through the misleading labels. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your vast knowledge of animals and their health. Customer Service at its best! ❤️ ?

I was going here for years, unfortunately my Dog has passed away, they took all the extra food back, no questions asked, great people, and I will be back if and when I get another dog.

They have very good quality pet food at reasonable prices; the people are very helpful and nice.
I go for doggy stuff and bird food.
Only downside is they play country music in the store?

Love coming here to browse with my pup. Really good selection of toys and treats and free popcorn starting at 11am daily! Can’t complain about that. Awesome prices, too! They’ll special order a specific food for you if you ask.
