We love scruffy to fluffy. There was ONE instance where we took our two pups to a different groomer and it was just such a different experience. We not only didn’t like how they groomed our pups, but they started to constantly scratch themselves and seemed overall uncomfortable. That’s never the case at scruffy to fluffy, they always do such a good job here. And they’re friendly. Today we got these two super cute pictures to let us know they were ready to get picked up. Such an adorable surprise! We’ll love them and keep them forever. ❤️ And the handmade bandanas were super cute and are a nice personal touch! Glad to finally write a review on this place cause they’re great.

When I was first looking for a groomer, it made me so nervous because I’ve always heard horror stories of groomers with dogs (pulling hair, ripping out knots, shaving them all the way down and just not being good to them, etc). I found Letty and the reviews for her made me feel most at ease. I have used her several times now and I never have to even question whether or not she is good to the dogs she grooms because you can tell she has a TOTAL love for dogs. She always does such an amazing job on my pup’s cut and I love that she includes cute little bandanas and bows when she returns them to you. I very highly recommend her and how amazing that you can get it done without even having to go in and wait forever?! Mobile grooming is the way to go!! Well worth the money.

We're new to the area, found Scruffy to Fluffy highly rated. Gayle was very nice and helpful. We went during the week when it opened and my dogs were done with in a couple hours. Great first impression, they will definitely be our go to groomer.

I love taking my dogs to the shop. I made a appointment for the mobile grooming and after a couple of days I text to see when they wanted my address and they said i didn’t have a appointment. The appointment was in the text so she could see that wasn’t true. I was told they would work me in all the way up to the day of appointment and I text and she said they didn’t have a cancellation to fit me in. I text back and said I wasn’t a cancellation appointment to begin with. This is poor planning and customer service. Shame on them

If you love your pet, don't take it here. It will be neglected. My bulldog died in their "care". Should not be bulldog certified. WINSTON, was left under their care and was dead 3 hours later. He was never checked up on till they were ready to groom him. By the time they called me he was swollen and stiff. He was only 4 years old. They called and told me to take the dog to the veterinarian when he had already passed away. You can see the before and after pics from taking him to scruffy to fluffy.

I've been a customer of scruffy to fluffy for about 5 years... I've always enjoyed the service until about January. I wasn't upset when they raised the prices but it seems like the service went down. We didn't get pictures of our dogs (complimentary) and the new girls behind the desk are a bit snippy. The last time I went in there was a lady who was probably in her '70s struggling to get in and get through the gate and nobody jumped to help her.. I feel like before it was more of a family type of business and somebody would have gone to the door to help. I still go there but I am disappointed in the atmosphere.

The prices did go up so you might want to get a quote before just dropping off your dog. Nobody told me about the price increase until pickup and I didn't see any signs or anything.
