Every visit is a great experience, thanks to the fantastic selection of high-quality products and the amazing staff. Shaina and Shasta, in particular, are absolute gems—always so helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether we're looking for the best food, a new toy, or advice on pet wellness, they have the answers and recommendations we need. We absolutely love this store and the staff. They always remember our names and our pup's name. So friendly and caring they make the best recommendations. We've been going here for more than eight years and we recently lost our pup. After six months we were ready to adopt again so they were our first stop from the shelter, where they outfitted us with everything we needed: quality ingredients, family made, organic, careful, kind, etc. You'll love them and be sure to ask for Shasta if you need help with nutrition recommendations!

Best pet store in SD by far - staff is incredible and gave me so much great info about dog food, treats, and chews. Such a wealth of knowledge - you can tell how much they value their clients and their pets health:) can’t wait to come back !

My 10 yr. old Chihuahua mix had not been eating for 10 days! I was desperate to get her eating again! (yes we had been to the vet twice) Friday, Sept 20th staff gave me so many different samples to try to get her to eat! They were so helpful! I was able to get her eating again by hand feeding her My Perfect Pet Turkey Blend and by Saturday she was eating again, thankfully keeping us from having to resort to tube feeding. She is now back to normal and I was happy to go back to the store for a case of the food and some freeze dried chicken treats, which both my dogs love a lot. Thank you for your help and kindness during a very stressful time!!! I live in Arizona but will be back and will always support your business!!!

Shayna at Noah’s Natural pet market was the best!! She was so patient and kind, and helped me find so many great options for my kitten. The whole staff has been nothing but nice and beyond helpful. My kitten has been sick for weeks and I feel a lot of hope now after leaving Noah’s!
