My cat stayed here for 8 nights with the AristoCat Experience Deluxe Suite. The price is very reasonable for what you are getting with this experience (my favorites were the live feed and post card updates) and her room had places to hide and to climb. They are very kind and you can tell that they love to care for cats - our minds were at ease on vacation instead of worrying if she would be alright. When we arrived to pick her up, our cat wasn’t stressed and seemed well adjusted.

Overall a very positive experience! We have wanted to travel more, and now that we have found Club Cat, we feel more comfortable knowing that our cat can stay here!

My first experience boarding my cats, Toasty and Mittens, with Shana and her team was outstanding. They exemplified professionalism and empathy, ensuring both our cats and we, as owners, were well-informed and comfortable throughout the stay.

One of our cats requires medication, which was a significant concern for us. Remarkably, the team skillfully managed her medication needs, administering oral meds without causing any distress to her. This level of care and expertise truly set my mind at ease.

This place is amazing! I had some last minute changes in life happen and needed a place to board my cat for a few days and they were so accommodating and worked with me to get him a suite. They sent photos of his play time and updates on how he was doing while he stayed there. I'll defiently be using the services again. For the price you can't beat the care and love they'll show your cat.

Had to take our cat for boarding for 13 days. Did the econo cat suite. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very pleased. Our cat had her own "suite" with shelves to climb on, a padded bed, a "restroom" and a window. The staff was superb and attentive. I received postcards and photos every other day. They have an awesome.playroom for the cats, but our cat is an old lady and didn't want to play. Just sleep on her shelf and get pets and be fed. There aren't any dogs allowed, so it is very quiet and peaceful for the cats. The cost wasn't outlandish at all for what you received. A vet would be $44 a day, with the vet smell and barking dogs, terrifying your cat. For only $2 more a day, I would highly recommend you choose Club Cat as your cat's next boarding facility. I would definitely use Club Cat in the future.

My wife and I were looking for a place to board our cat while we travel and we happen to find Club Cat. We were kind of nervous about leaving our cat alone since our cat is pretty spoiled and attached to us and we don't know how she'll do at a boarding place. One thing for sure is that Club Cat is not a cage, it's a nice clean private room for our cat.

They send us a postcard update with pictures every other day, they take a note whether our cat ate & pooped and noted if there's anything concerning. There's a 24/7 live webcam so we can check our cats at anytime. All of the staff members were very friendly and they professionally dealt with my concerns about our cat. Our cat was very shy and nervous and she refused to eat for the first day, but the staff at Club Cat assured us that there's nothing to worry about and they definitely took a good care of our cat. I asked one of the staff for a favor to help our cat eat by placing the food bowl inside our cat's hiding spot and the staff did it right away.

We're more confident about having our cat stay at Club Cat when we travel and will most likely only trust Club Cat for our cat boarding need. We just hope that our cat doesn't get too nervous on her future stay.

I needed a place to board my cat, Milo, for a few days while I went on a staycation. I didn't want to entrust his care to just anyone. I am so happy that I found Club Cat. I messaged the owner, Shana, who responded promptly. The positive reviews helped me decide to board Milo with her.

The facility is very clean and you could tell she has a passion for cats. I love the decor and being a bookworm I appreciated naming the suites after books. I was pleased that Milo had a room to himself, instead of being cooped up in a kennel or cage. It's also great how it's strictly for cats as most pet hotels are for dogs only. I had peace of mind that I could check up on him via the webcam. After a few hours I saw that he got acclimated and was jumping on the shelves and balcony. He looked like he was having a ball watching Catflix. I even saw him being checked on the webcam. The postcard my cat sent me with pictures of his time in the playroom for Happy Hour was a nice touch.

If you care about your cat, I highly recommend boarding with Club Cat. I've already made another reservation!

Club Cat exceeded my expectations! We had to leave our Rupert behind when we went to Las Vegas. It was his first time being away from home so we were all nervous. Club Cat offers roomy suites, 24 hour camera access (we watched him a little more than I’d like to admit), high perches for him to climb, and TVs to watch birds and wild animals. They also offer a “Happy Hour” - a play session in a bigger room with all kinds of exploring to do, which we opted to do because he is still a kitten. We got sent a virtual “postcard” with the included photos, and was sent home with a photo of him enjoying his stay. It was adorable. We hate to leave him behind but we’ll be booking again next time we have to!
