Roxanne knows her animals. We had one dog on a small batch supply food from Phoenix owned by women, we thought it was great! But our dog had skin issues because of the high glycemic index we didn’t notice… Switched to some higher quality foods and all the issues went away, he stopped eating grass etc. I highly recommend taking her advice!

Big shout out to Roxanne at Fur and Feathers for loaning me a cage and donating food and toys for a parrot I rescued outside my home. I am hoping to return the bird to its owners, but for now I can keep it safe, and I had NO monetary outlay due to Roxanne's generosity. If I do end up owning this bird, I will undoubtedly use Fur and Feathers for its needs.

This is a store stock full of goodies and better yet a knowledgeable caring owner, Roxanne Genaro. Unfortunately she must deal with demanding, entitled customers who then attack her on social media but we who know her are thankful for her presence in animal rescue and the store as well
