Had a great experience with all staff during our visit. They were prompt, caring, thorough and informative. Still waiting for prescription to take full effect but see improvement after the first three days of use.

I switched to this Vet because I found my last Vet inaccessible when my dogs were sick. I was very pleased withe the Vets and the staff. Now I have a new puppy and when I called today to make an appointment to get his vaccinations, I reached the absolutely rudest person on the phone. They apparently have no openings for a month but the pup’s due for a shot next week. I asked if I could bring him in to get the vaccine and then schedule the appointment for his exam in July when they have an opening. I was told in a very hostile tone that that would be “breaking the law” . I asked her not to be so hostile and she elevated her hostility. Obviously I care about my puppy’s health a lot more than she did and know that an unvaccinated puppy is very vulnerable to deadly diseases.
I went to Dr Clay as my vet for 25 years. He ran an office that was available, kind and compassionate. Since he retired it’s been impossible to find that kind of care again.
Honestly if you can’t be nice, don’t get a job answering a phone. If you are a Vet, running a clinic, screen your employees for personality. Having an abusive front desk can ruin your reputation regardless of how good a vet you are.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I felt like all my questions and concerns were valued and addressed and, most importantly, that was my dog was given the best care.

I went in with my pet for my appointment this afternoon and was told that the doctor "didn't show up" today. No one called me to notify me. And instead of saying something like "sorry for the inconvenience" the folks at the front just said "I can schedule you for next Saturday." The vibe was very much "this just happens sometimes so let's just move on." It's not how I do business at all and while I've found the staff to be really friendly, my bottom line requirement is *reliably* kind care for my pet. And just to make clear, if a staff member gets sick or an emergency comes up, I really try to work with people. Life is unpredictable, even for vets! But I can't work with the fact that no one gave me a heads up so I didn't have to go through the nightmare of getting my cat in her carrier for no reason. I'd love to keep going here, but I'm afraid I can't moving forward.

I really love this clinic. They love kids and animals and allow their staff members to bring in their children and babies. What a great philosophy, they are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is small enough where you don’t have to wait for hours to be seen

My experience was good and bad. They helped my doggo with what she needed but they were not very personable. I'm looking for a forever vet for my Zoe since she's getting older and deep down I just don't have a good feeling about their empathy. All questions were very direct and I felt rushed during a stressful time for me and my dog and when I tried to explain what was going on they would cut me off. Not what I would expect from a professional veterinary clinic. When I told them that I was working with a specific budget, their mood seemed to shift. Unfortunately I'll probably be looking for a different hospital for Zoe
