Oh my God, what can I say about this business? It's a difficult situation at best when you need them. My pet and I were both treated with dignity and respect. And they allowed us the time that we needed. If I was asked, would I recommend this service? I would say I whole heartily do. It was a pricey service, but if you consider that they're coming to your home and helping you and your pet through a difficult situation, it was more than worth it.

We had to make the decision to say Good Bye to our GSD Dixie. Dr Mesa and Chris were very compassionate and understood how much we loved our girl. They were supportive in a very emotional situation. We highly recommend Mesa Mobile Vet Clinic.

I called on Monday October 2nd 2023 and made an appointment for Thursday October 5th between the hours of 4-6pm for in home euthanasia. It is now almost 7:30pm and I have left many messages and several text messages and still nothing. Our family is devastated listening to our girl try to breathe. This is extremely unprofessional and now my baby girl is suffering. I can’t believe a vet who is supposed to be an animal lover would allow this kind of service. I’m very sad and angry that this company has put baby girl and our family through this. Awful. ?
Well they did show up finally around 9pm and Dr. Mesa was very patient and kind. I upped the stars to 3 because of Dr. Mesa but they definitely need to communicate better.

These two ladies are wonderful. They arrived right on time. They came well equipped... treats and all, lol. They were great with my dogs and my (usually timid) dogs took to them right away. They took their time and I felt like they really cared about my dogs. They called back VERY quickly with some lab results. This was their second visit to my house and I was satisfied both times. I will definitely call on them again. Oh, and very fair price for a housecall.

The Dr from Mesa arrived at our home on time and the service went fine. She was kind and professional and it was well worth the minimal extra cost instead of taking our beloved dog to a clinic. I would leave 5 stars but, a billing error resulted in a hassle we had to have resolved with our bank and Mesa. They ended up contacting me and apologized for the inconvenience. I will not hesitate to use them again when the sad time comes.

Dr. Mesa has always been compassionate, attentive and so understanding with me and my pets. Sometimes she was late but she always came through even letting us know she was running behind. We left for Texas and are back again and I look forward to working with her again as my dog loves her! So do we!

Very disappointed right now! I have been in contact with Mesa Mobile as recently as yesterday to give them a heads up that our dog was probably going to pass soon and put them on notice that we would be calling them for assistance. I was assured that they would be able to come out any day this weekend. I called and left a voicemail last night, texted last night, and sent an email this morning. Their website says open today and that they are open24 hours. NOT TRUE!!! I just called again and no answer. Same message as last night. My dog has been laying cold in my family room since 7 pm last night!! This is terrible customer service! Any other suggestions for us? Our life is on hold until we can properly have our sweet boy taken care of. By the way, I did press 1 and got a voicemail that took over 15 hours to get a response from:(

She used to be a good vet, but something has changed and that's too bad. I have called and emailed three or more different times, but did not receive responses. It still would not be professional, but I could [somewhat] understand if I had animals that were aggressive, but neither were. I recently called and needed pain medication for an aging dog - no response. The health problems with the dog became too severe and he needed to be put to be euthanized - no call back. The last time I used her services she was not cheap, but to not even return messages is unacceptable at any price. Don't waste your time with this vet.
