I ordered Succeed Veterinary Formula and it smells sour and is so hard in the tube that it can't be administered. I have reached out to customer service via email with no response. I have also reached out via a phone call and spoke to a very nice man who told me yo email him pictures. I did that as soon as our call ended and that was last week, with no response. This is so frustrating and disappointing.

On 10/20/2024, I placed my order. The only acknowledgement was an autoresponse confirming the order had been received.

On 10/23/2024 (3 days later), I inquired directly with Support asking for some sort of status on the order I'd placed.

On 10/25/2024 (5 days post-order), I was notified the product I'd purchased was on backorder.

The product itself is fine. My issue is with the complete lack of proactive communications. It should not have taken 5 days to communicate the backorder status.

I ordered my pet food and there was quite a delay without any communication. So, I called the 800 number, and they quickly informed me that my delivery would be on its way. It was a stocking issue. No big deal. Everyone is friendly and honestly great prices!

I wish you would have added what I purchased I've been looking for things for my allergic dog for weeks and I've ordered from different companies different things I don't know what I'm posting here about. If it's the shampoo I don't know yet she's only had one bath in it if it's the vitamins she seems more comfortable but I don't know yet
