This place sucks. They only care about money. The customer service is this strained fake concern and their policies are irrational. I brought a Daschund that I found injured on the side of the freeway to this vet. The dog had clearly been hit by a car, and probably was abandoned. Her leg looked broken or her hip was dislocated, and she was bleeding from her stomach. Initially I wanted to drop her off as a good sumaritan, but I was on my way to an appointment and could not stay. They did not want me to leave, and if I left the dog they would not allow me to receive any information nor prioritize her to getting her medically stable. So In order to get her some pain meds and to make sure she was stable, they charged me $1300 dollars. After I returned, they were stressing me about leaving to tend to my business (even though I had already provided a phone number). Then they quote me prices for the first of the two recommended surgeries for the dogs injuries ranging from $6,700 to $9,700. The second surgery would have likely cost up to another estimated $9,000. I literally only wanted to try and save the dog, if it was medically possible. The dog was stable, and would have survived the surgeries. I asked if there was any indication that the dog would die. THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT THE DOG WOULD NOT SURVIVE, EVEN AFTER THE PROCEDURES. But her life literally was contingent upon an $18,000 vet bill. No mention or offer of charity. Of course the dog was not chipped, nor was she wearing a collar, so there was no way to contact her owners. So the only option was to euthanize her. I had to pay $1300 to euthanize a dog that was not my dog, even though the techs and doctor knew I was simply being a good sumaritan. And if I had simply dropped the dog off, they absolutely would have euthanized and cremated her anyway. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I will NEVER bring my dogs here! The inflated prices are EXTORTION and they probably ultimately euthanize your animal anyway. Or leave them in such a state that the aninal will SUFFER you less you pay a few grand.

This place is so un compassionate do not bring your pet here for emergencies they only care about the money which I understand its a business but didn't give us much options to care for our pet. Brought in our sick dog during a holiday weekend, not very busy and waited over an hour for the vet to see our dog. He explained what possible diagnosis could be and left quickly. Assistant then came in with a cost list and was very rude, we felt rushed to pick an option and pay up front. Unfortunately the cost would be over $1,200 for diagnosing and then at least an additional $8,000 for treatment plan. When asked if we could start off with certain labs first and rule things out from there they did not allow us. At the end we decided to take supportive medications (about $600) for symptoms to keep him comfortable through the night and get him to a day vet clinic. Unfortunately because of Monday being a holiday, everything was closed and we were too late. He's in doggy heaven now. Like I said I understand at the end its a business and it's very costly for pet medical care but at least be compassionate with families during a difficult time with the way you provide information. Don't make it only be about the money, I regret not looking at reviews for this place before taking our little Everest there!

I could not be happier with this pet er. We got turned away from Blue Pearl pet er and came to 24/7 pet vets. Our naughty dog possibly got something in her eye, it was watery and red. We took her at 10 pm and was seen right away. The facility is clean and up to date. The initial charge for exam was $105 but everything else they did like testing and seeing if she had a fox tail in her eyelid was relatively inexpensive. She got both eyes flushed and an ointment same day. Everyone from the front desk , to the vet tech and the doctor were informative, kind and patient. Hopefully we won’t need to , but definitely would go back for future emergent care

I went with my friend to put his beloved dog down due to aggressive cancer. The staff on duty while we were there were so incredibly thoughtful & accommodating to our needs & requests. They made a very heartbreaking & difficult situation much easier to process because of their kindness & sympathy. My friend’s best friend was surrounded by love, comfort & peace when he crossed rainbow bridge ?

My daughter brought her dog in tonight 10/12/24. She was choking on a zip tye, so this was an emergency. This was the only 24 hr. vet close by. They refused to remove it or even help without a $500 payment down. What kind of a vet will watch a poor defenseless animal choke to death? How can you call yourself a vet?
Of course my daughter paid ( she is not going to loose her baby) and they were able to remove it ( it took less than 10 minutes once they had their money). This is disgusting. Shame on the staff and the vet. Dont bring your animals here, they can care less if your precious babies live or die.
I would give them zero stars, but in order to write a review you have to give at least 1 star.

If I could this place 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE. I brought my Aussie in, she was attacked by a dog & was severely bleeding, I could feel air coming out of her chest from her wounds. The receptionist is a joke, she said “since her gums are pink and can walk you have to wait in line to be seen.” They made us wait 4 hours and DO NOT follow the triage protocol. Then when we’re finally seen want to charge $10,000 to suture her wounds. The doctor had no compassion for me or my sweet dog.

Absolutely awful. My family’s dog had to be euthanized due to cancer today…it went horribly wrong, the dosage was incorrect and it was very traumatic how he reacted to the euthanasia. Now, thanks to 24/7 PetVet, our family has been hysterical dealing with this trauma that we will most likely remember for years to come. They did not apologize or offer any condolences after the fact. I am absolutely disgusted and livid.
I hope this review can at least bring some awareness and protect others from experiencing such a traumatic event.
