These guys are efficient and love their animals. They have a high attention to detail and ensure that nothing is missed. The waiting room is always full and there is a reason for that. They were recommended to us by another dog owner and we drove all the way from Tucson for them. Katy is really Wonderful. She really cares about the animals and works hard to make sure that the lines of communication stay open. I can’t say enough good things:-)

This Hospital is amazing! While moving my daughter from Tucson to Ohio, one of her cats suddenly had a massive panic attack and really had my daughter scared that he might be dying. After a google search and finding them online, with one phone call they were able to get us in right away. Once we got there after a 40 detour, the staff was super nice, and got her cat right into the back to check him out. While waiting in the lobby, staff came by to get more details about the cat, but were equally concerned about my daughter (who was emotionally stretched at that point) and cared about her well being too! the Doctor came out and explained every thing, got the cat taken care of and even helped my daughter refill an asthma prescription so she would have it for the rest of the road trip. I can not say enough about the care and service we received from all the folks at the Desert Cross Veterinary Hospital - Top Notch care!

Dr. Bates is amazing. We had to bring one of our fur babies in during emergency hours on a Sunday. Dr. Bates was able to quickly diagnose the unfortunate condition and provided very compassionate guidance. She treated our little guy like he was one of hers and made us feel like family. I’ve only been in the area about 6 months and I’ve been really impressed with the vets here. I had taken my Yorkie in for emergency surgery and he recovered well. Their pricing for his dental care was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I’ve gotten. As long as I’m in the area I will continue to bring my dogs back.
