The best place to get bugs for reptiles, supplies, and they even build tanks for you! They also gave me help with a little banded gecko we found in the house! The guy working on Tuesday wanted to see his tail curled and I have the photos for him. Can't wait to come in and show or even send it through email. Best customer service and super friendly staff (that includes the animals that live/work there). Little photo of his tail mid twirl.

We came in to buy a bigger tank for our leopard gecko and Julia was wonderful! We brought in our existing one and she helped setup the most beautiful home for our beloved gecko. She was amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable! We will definitely be going back here for all our lizard needs now. Highly recommend this place and Julia!

Went for help with setting up a terrarium as a new reptile owner and was terribly disappointed by the lack of care or attentiveness from the employees. Don’t know their names because the only thing they said was “Hey” when I walked in. I wandered the store for 10 minutes with the only customer-employee interaction being us catching a glance at each other while the guy sat comfortably behind the counter, giggling with the girl there, and smoking his vape. If you are interested in becoming a reptile owner and have no clue what you’re doing, avoid this place!

This is a cool shop with knowledgeable employees/ owners. Their prices are fair and their critters are well cared for and loved. I buy Dubai roaches for my chameleon here and they always pick out the largest ones they have for me.

Came to this store after checking other reptile stores in the valley. Right from the get-go Brett welcomed us in and provided exceptional service. We had our 2 kids with us and even though they were loud and all over he had the patience of a Saint!! He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We viewed a couple of boas and left. After a couple of hours we came back and Brett immediately remembered us. We bought a Leopard Ball Python who we named Salazar. Brett helped us in setting up Salazar's new home and gave us pointers on what to do once we brought Salazar home. Want to thank Brett so much for everything he did and for offering amazing reptiles at reasonable prices! If you are considering a reptile for a pet do not Hesitate and come here. You will not regret it!

We LOVE The Reptile Store! Their weekend Kids Club is really fun for the kiddos, educational and highly recommended. The staff is so lovely and knowledgeable and of course Leo is a rockstar (he's the resident iguana). If you own a reptile or want one, or heck just think they're cool to look at, definitely stop by.
