Hoy fui a dejar a mi baby, una border collie. Tenía cita a las 11:30 lo cual me hicieron saber que si no la llevo a tiempo me cobrarían 20 dólares. La dejé a las 11:20 . Les pregunté cuanto tiempo se tardarían y me dijeron de dos a cuatro horas depende si está se deja. Eras las cuatro de la tarde y llame y me dijeron que aún no la atendían porque estaban atrasados con ocho perros delante de ella. Les pregunté a qué hora me la entregarían y me dijeron que ellos

Me dijeron que serían 90 dls. Me pusieron la excusa de que esta no se había dejado cortar el pelo la recogí y estaba toda trasquilada y con su pelo horrible. La verdad, a estos no les importa el
Cuidado de nuestras mascotas. Solo quieren hacer dinero con el amor que nosotros los dueños de nuestras mascotas les tenemos. Pésimo trabajo, falta de palabra y carísimo el servicio. PÉSIMO LUGAR. BO LO RECOMIENDO.

I took my schnauzer here. And they shaved him completely. Did not even look like a schnauzer after the groom. Plus very bad customer service. they even cut his private parts. He came home with a giant scab there and they didn’t even mention it. They also kept talking about how terrible my dog is and charged me extra for this “behavior”. Every other groomer I’ve taken him too has never talked about his behavior being bad. In fact quite the opposite He is always well behaved.

Do not go here. I brought my Scottish terrier here last minute for a groom before family pictures and could not even have her in the photos she looked so bad. Her beard and skirt were uneven and much shorter than I explained I wanted. They also completely shaved off her eyebrows when I told the lady at drop off not to touch them at all. They have still not grown back over 2 months later. I was also quoted 3-4 hours and it took over 6 hours for my dog to be ready. The worst part is they cut her ear and did not mention the injury to me and I did not notice until I got home. My dog was embarrassed for several weeks, she knew she looked terrible. Will never be back.

These ladies are miracle workers. My dogs have short hair and shed like crazy but after a haircut here many months later my dogs get bathed with literally no more shedding. I will definitely be coming back once they need another haircut.

if i could give zero stars, i would. we had an appointment we scheduled days in advance for our dog for 9:30am and we waited 5 HOURS! they eventually called us around 2pm and said they can’t fit our dog in the schedule? apparently they had our dog sitting in the travel crate we brought her in all day long without any food or water! they didn’t let her out to use the bathroom either!

to the owner: my grandma’s caregiver yelled at you because this isn’t the first time an appointment at your establishment has turned into a 5 hour wait. next time you get a complaint, don’t try to manipulate the situation through a pity voicemail. we understand that you’re “only human”, but that humanity of yours also needs to be applied to the animals put in your care.

My dog had a great experience at Lorie’s. Great price for full groom (she had a very shaggy coat that had not been washed in awhile) nail trim and flea treatment. My dog seemed happy and healthy afterwards, she was treated well and looked great.
