Amazing and friendly staff here at Ivy Greenpoint. They really pay attention to your needs and develop a personalized workout to help you in your PT journey. Jannis and Max have especially helped me in managing my patellar tendinitis and becoming pain-free. The space is also immaculate and always well organized, allowing multiple patients to be able to follow their own exercises without disrupting anyone else’s flow. I highly recommend Ivy Greenpoint for anyone on their PT journey.

Jannis is an incredibly professional physical therapist AND such a cheerleader for her patients' recoveries – I can't recommend her and her practice enough. I originally found Ivy Rehab on ZocDoc after a running-induced injury, so I didn't really know how good the clinic was going to be. But from the moment I walked in I could tell this was going to be a supportive, productive environment. Jannis creates such a fun atmosphere with music playing and she's 100% willing to answer any questions I have about my injury and my treatment plan, which makes me feel really informed and invested. I've been so pleased with how quickly I have healed as a result of Jannis's care and I will definitely be coming back proactively long into the future.

Dr. Jannis Winstead was incredible! She never hesitates to go the extra mile to make sure her patients understand what recovery will look like and she looks at the process from the perspective of a teammate, with you to the end of the road! 5 stars. Though I hope to never have to set foot in PT again I know where to go if I need to.
