I switched to this vet a year ago and really like it! The visits are easy and efficient. They have always refilled my pet’s prescription quickly. I think they are really just providing good care for pets and not trying to just make money. It’s refreshing and I recommend them!

Everyone in the office from the reception area, to the techs to the doctors was great. Took time with me to answer questions and provide options. They asked questions and provided insights into my dog's health. Great experience - highly recommend.

I don't even know where to start. This vet office is AMAZING! All the staff has been fantastic. We moved to the area 3 years ago and it was really hard for me to make the change and get a new vet but am I glad we did. We have seen all the vets at this practice and each one is so caring, thorough and patient. Dr. Magnuson gets right on the floor and snuggles your pet, taking time to explain everything. Dr. Weidner as so kind and informative, giving a couple options for care and treatment. Dr. Schanding has done routine care on our dogs and we were very pleased. I feel my pups have received the best care here.

We recently had to put down our old girl, which was the hardest thing ever, but Dr. Schanding made the experience so much better. We felt so assured in our decision and not pressured one way or the other. Then we received a handwritten note from Dr. Schanding shortly after and my husband and I were both so impressed and touched by the kind, personal gesture. We have found our forever vet!

We've been with Dr. Schanding for over 10 years and now Dr. Magnuson, too. They and all the staff have been so kind, sweet and amazing with all our dogs... and have great bedside manner with hoomans, too! We appreciate how they take time to go over treatment options, alternatives, and costs, when needed. Their beautiful new clinic has one exam room with floor to ceiling windows and was a great way for our dog to be distracted and not so nervous. Love that they send lots of reminders for appointments, too. There are just so many reasons why we love the Batavia Animal Clinic!

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and unfortunately our little kitty, Azazel, ended up getting sick. Dr. Schanding listened to all of our concerns and genuinely cared about Azazel's well being. He even told us to bring him in when he had no availability because of an emergency! On top of all this, every staff member we've met or talked to has been so understanding and caring. I just couldn't recommend any other vet office as they are truly #1!
