I was bringing my dog here since Covid, my vet recommended me to them so I assumed it would be a great place. The owner was very nice and attentive at first but as the years went by she was very rude at times and always seemed frustrated. The other groomers were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately they were always injuring my dog and sometimes wouldn’t even let me know. Injuries like over clipping the nails which would cause him to bleed, red rashes on certain spots. Literally just how the other reviews describe. The last visit I had my dog was urinating blood as soon as I picked him up from the groomers, so took him to the vet immediately and they informed it was not due to any injuries at the groomers but it could have definitely been due to extreme stress at the groomers. When I tried to ask the owner how he was during his groom she proceeded to say it had nothing to do with them. I refuse to give her any of my money any longer because of her lack of empathy and care. This happened a couple months ago, I was not going to say anything but I figured it can help another dog owner not bring their dog here. I gave them 2 stars because of the other girls that work there that were very nice and always talked about my dog nicely. The owner deserves 0 stars.

I would recommend this groomer to everyone I know who has a cherished pet-they are so patient, and kind and the way the dogs look after their day at the spa speaks for itself. Sue especially with the bigger dogs she has a gift! They are busy and there is a reason for that-THEY ARE AWESOME! 5 STARS

Susan is a very skilled and respectable business owner and groomer. She is skilled at her craft, charges a reasonable price, and is on time. Allison is always helpful and hardworking. If any of this bothers you, you should look elsewhere. They are good listeners with excellent recall of your preferences. I appreciate that they do not undertake any operations on our dog that we have not specifically asked. Always make my huskies look great and customize their coats to suit them. This was our first time, and we love the outcome. This picture is 4 days after grooming and includes 3 full days of rain, so her “blowout” is gone. Nonetheless, she looks amazing!

My only negative is the time she was at the shop, and only because, she gets extremely stressed being in strange environments and away from home. I still give 5 stars because the quality of work deserves it.

My husband I took our two dogs for grooming here. Our 8 month old puppy had these bald and redden spots after the haircut. The staff didn’t tell us and we did not notice until in our car. Although, the staff were apologetic after we called them. We did not get a refund and now have to watch over our dog carefully with these cuts. This is not what I expect from a professional grooming service and with their high prices. At the very least, a refund and a direct notice of this injury should have be told to us when we picked up our dogs. Very disappointed.

Zero Stars! $80 later…Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you want your fur baby to go to a place with bad vibes, negative energy and people that don’t even make eye contact, harm your dog and don’t tell you….take your dog here! Strangely enough the actual haircut is good. But I will never return with my Baby! She was anxious when she left and wasn’t the same for a few days afterwards. A few days we are laying in bed and I feel a scab one inch from her privates… this was absolutely NOT there before I took her for Birthday Spa day. I went back to the groomers to attempt to discuss it with them and was met with defensiveness, blame and even more negative energy. I am planning to take her to the vet for a closer look and follow up with legal action. I have been a fur mama all my life and never had an experience like this. My regular place is having a family emergency and we couldn’t get in so even though this place had someone negative reviews I tried it due to a recommendation but I will never ever ever ever take my baby back here again… and I don’t recommend you take your baby either.

I brought in my long hair cat to get a lion cut. He sheds a lot in the summer and gets some small patches of matted fur which I know doesn’t feel great when we try to brush them out. I dropped him off, and they were finished in just a few hours. The quality of the haircut is fantastic. I love the fading they did around his lion mane, paws and tail. I can tell my cat really enjoys it too. Great service!
