Everybody at the rehabilitation hospital was very nice through my therapy, especially Brad Perry, who helped me with my physical therapy every day and I can’t remember the young lady name that did my OT but her boss was Kim. They were very helpful in getting me set up the right way the nurses were extremely very nice every day. I have nothing but good things to say about the place. I felt they cared about your recovery and getting to go home so you could do things on your own. The nurses were very helpful during the day and in the evening. once again, I appreciate all the help and care I got while I was at the facility

The care and concern we are receiving from rehabilitation hospital of Northwest Ohio is completely amazing!. This facility has compassionate experienced individuals who truly care about their patients. I strongly recommend this facility for anyone who has a loved one who needs experienced, expertise in the area of, occupational, speech, physical therapy of any kind. I’m finally able to sleep.

I was a patient from 7-17-2024 until the beginning of August 2024. Not only was I a patient but I am an employee of RHNO. To see the daily services throughout the facility was testament for me why I'm an employee not only once but twice with my first employment lasting 4years. Excellent care by the nursing staff. Superb care by the therapy departments. Dietary the food was excellent as always and housekeeping keeping the facility clean and spotless. My stay also opened my eyes as to how a facility SHOULD operate. I am very thankful for the total care I received from my "family" members of RHNO.

I can not say enough about these people from Brandi helping us get into this facility to the super nice van driver who picked us up from the hospital he was so kind sorry I can’t remember his name he was so kind and thoughtful.. when we arrived we received very great care our nurses were like angels all during the night when my son was so uncomfortable they worked so hard to help him . All our pt people were awesome. Even the house keeping People were so kind everything was always so clean . . Blake received the best care and now is home continuing to recover . I will ever be so grateful as I am from Georgia and having my son a long way from home with TBI they called after I left and Kept me informed on his recovery. I am writing this review on behalf of my father, who recently suffered a stroke and received his follow-up care at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio. Everything from the absolute cleanliness of the facility to the wisdom, kindness and professionalism of the staff was absolutely top notch. My father had to receive several different types of therapies during his stay and he commented frequently how well each therapist not only performed his or her individual roles so diligently, but that they also worked exceptionally well together as a team. He always felt they were all on the same page with his recovery plan and this gave him great comfort and peace of mind. Suffering a stroke is something nobody wants to experience or witness a loved one go through. While my father still has a tough road ahead, we are confident that the care he received while at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio set him up for the most successful recovery possible and we are eternally grateful!

My husband had a brief stay after being in the hospital for 3 weeks. The staff was very friendly and caring. The therapists all pushed him but not too far to exceed his limits. Everyone was very committed to helping him succeed. They also let us bring our daughter's dog in for a visit.

I was a patient at the Rehabilitation Center of Northwest Ohio from May 11 to May 18, following open heart surgery at St. Vincent Hospital on Friday May 3, 2024. My experience was most positive. I truly appreciated the empathy the entire staff showed each patient who received care. My occupational therapist, Kim, and my physical therapist Bradley were most wonderful. The cardiac education and the nutrition classes were most helpful.
I truly appreciated the special attention I received from the wonderful nursing assistants. They often said, “We are here to help you!” I am most grateful to the entire staff for being so accommodating to my family and friends who visited. Sitting on your wonderful patio enjoying a cool drink made visiting most pleasant for all of us.
Last but not least, I enjoyed the food in the cafeteria. The service we received from its staff was most exceptional! In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful rehabilitation facility and its wonderful atmosphere to anyone in need. My entire family couldn’t be happier that my niece Britany Zavac is now working as a dietary aid!

Thank you for your response to my review. I neglected to mention how helpful Twyla was in the cafeteria. She always told me what was available and couldn't have been more cordial. I am happy to hear that Twyla is training my niece Brittany Zavac who is working in the dietary department!
