Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Home is a wonderful facility! Warmly greeted by Lisa at the front desk as I entered - she was friendly , knowledgeable and ensured I had all the accurate information I needed.
All staff caring for my loved one were present, kind and helped me to feel confident that top notch care was being delivered. Can't say enough good things about this facility.

Brought my family to the Winter Wonderland event again this year, 2nd year attending. What a wonderful way to bring family, staff and residents together. Fun tables with creative holiday activities. The refreshments provided the perfect festive touch! Heidi was so kind and helpful getting all the pictures with Santa in! Thank you to all the hard working and dedicated staff! I'd like to express my greatest satisfaction with Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center bc the space is very clean and amazing as well as the entire team that works there especially the HSKP staff. I cannot say enough about Gardner Rehab! The staff are AMAZING! Lisa the Receptionist is a wonderful, caring, thorough and personable person! She is the best! The nurses and aides all excel! Thank you for all that you do!

Place is kept up to par. The Staff are amazing. Like everywhere else, we all can be upset about things but; as for me, I gotta say my experience is so far so good. I would recommend this facility to all that are accepted here. I never give 100% to anything because no human or place is perfect. God/ Allah didn't make us/ things like that. Now for ratings I give it 4.8.

So my mother is in Gardner Rehab and I am very pleased with all the staff that I have interacted with and my mom has been very happy with her care, speech , PT and OT therapy. Everyone is very nice. Also the facility is very clean so that is a big plus. I am relieved my mother is in a safe environment.
