Best place to take your dogs. They treat the dogs so well, and my baby loves going here. We vacation weeks on out, and she's completely comfortable here. There's no other place I will send my dogs as long as this place is open and a spot is available.

So my review goes back several years ago, so I can only hope this business has improved since then. We did not have the ability to tour the facility prior to booking 5 days of day care for our dog as we live out of state. Should have. The staff appeared very sweet and friendly and so nice with our dog upon drop-off. All appeared fine the first day, other than on the camera access we never actually saw OUR dog, just a loop of a rather bare room with many dogs aimlessly wandering around and 1 not interacting staff. We were told at pick up that our dog spent the whole time on a staff person’s lap. The only way that would have happened is if she was with large dogs that frightened her (she loved the small dog dog park at home!). She panicked when we tried to drop her off day #2, so we went early to pick her up. Arrived and all the young staff were sitting outside, clearly surprised to see us. They went in and got her out of a tiny cage(perhaps 3’x3’?) in a totally dark kennel, filled with whining and barking dogs of all sizes. We were told it was “nap time”. Terrible experience and our dog has never been able to be in a crate or cage (for grooming appts. ) since. Needless to say, we did not use our remaining 3 days.

I have borded my dogs here twice. Staff are all friendly. I didn’t get a chance to see the inside of the facility. I don’t even know if they would allowed me too.however I picked up my dog today after a 5 night stay. Two of his paws the skin is raw. He’s also about 10pounds less than when I dropped him off.
I don’t know if concrete was to hot or the constant play was to much. He’s always super exhausted when Leaving here( makes me Concered)Make sure you check your dog throughly when picking up. Ask to see the facility.

Send my dogs here for boarding from time to time. Dogs love it. Staff is friendly and make check in / check out easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for daycare / boarding for their dog.

This place has always been so great! My dogs always loved it here. Unfortunately they raised their prices, which is fine. They told me that they raised their prices, and I looked on their website and saw that the single dog price had in fact gone up considerably. Having two dogs, I assumed that they kept the same type of discount for two dogs. My fault for not confirming, but the only multi-dog pricing on their website is if you are a "Paw Club" member. The do still have a discount on multi-dogs, but it is now only a 5% discount vs the previous discount which I believe was about 15%. I can no longer recommend this place, as they have now priced themselves out of the market. This is a location in an industrial park, with very limited outdoor space. They are now priced well above other local places that have much larger play spaces.

Paws In Paradise has been a huge help, we have a 4 year old aggressive pup who we've been working on training his reactivity and since our first correspondence they reassured us that he would be well taken care of. The first time we left him I was so nervous since he had never been away from our home since we adopted him but the staff was reassuring and communicative during our time away with updates when i was being a stressed out dog mom. We have used them now 3 times on stays that were anywhere from a weekend trip to 7 days and every time we pick him up the staff is super friendly and lets us know how he was during the stay. I have never had an issue with boarding him and will continue to come here for their fantastic service and care of our family member! Thank you Paws in Paradise for always taking care of him.
