I love how she leaves my pup looking nice and fresh! 10/10 experience bc she is so nice and friendly. He’s usually a handful whenever i’ve attempted to even cut his nails but seems to do just fine when Eileen does them. First two photos are from beforehand and the last two are after his full groom 🙂

I'm a professional breeder, and the top rated breeder of both Labrador and Labradoodle puppies in the Midwest. I have been going to Eileen for years with my adult dogs and puppies. She is THE BEST! I would never go anywhere else! Highly, highly recommended!

My newly Spiffy Cat couldn't write this review, so I'm attempting to translate for him. He looked rather miserable during the process as cats do, but after his wash, blow-out and nail trim at Buff Pup he purred and strutted around the house like royalty. (Well, I assume he was strutting for that reason, you know cats! He certainly wasn't skulking at least.) As for me, I liked the groomer's gentle way of handling him, the reasonable prices, and that he was done on-time. His soft & shiny fur is so, so nice. I think this is a win for us both & I'll take him back again soon.

Fantastic and patient, she has been working with my Australian Shepard puppy who hates the hair dryer. She is so patient and understanding. And he looks good too.

Eileen has groomed dogs for me for 17 years when she was at Beauty and the Beast
I am happily following her to Buff Pup as I wouldn’t have anyone else groom for me
In those 17 years she has groomed four standard poodles
They have always been well taken care as well as having great cuts AND she is very accommodating on desires and sceduling
