100% Phoebe approved! Simply the best. My dog loves their daycare, and I love that she can blow off some steam with a game of “ball!” Their grooming salon does a terrific job, and I feel comfortable that my dog is safe and well cared for when we’ve used their boarding services. Every staff member loves what they do and the pets they care for and it shows.

I absolutely love the staff at Bow Wow Lounge. I have seen marked improvement in my dog's socializing and overall temperament when he attends. I enjoy knowing he's getting his doggy time in a safe and positive environment.

This is such a wonderful place to take your dog for daycare and boarding. The staff are so friendly, and it feels like you're a part of their family. My Aussie loves going here, even after having some pretty bad separation anxiety. He was nervous for the first few trips, and now he runs toward the door when we get close. Highly recommend Bow Wow Lounge!

I'm so happy that I'm able to take Gracie to Bow Wow. She has some anxiety and I never worry about her there. I know she's in good hands! Her anxiety usually disappears once she's there and if she's feeling a little anxious on any given day, they keep an eye on her to alert me that she may need some extra one-on-one time.

From the front desk to the handlers, I love that Gracie gets to go play with her friends with this crew running the show.

Wow! This facility is incredible. Truly. And I’m a tough customer. My dog has issues and she’s been stressed lately but they’ve been incredibly patient and kind with her. And they’ve gone out of their way to soothe my anxieties.

We’re new to the area and I’m thrilled I can bring my girl here. The staff is so personable and reassuring. They are all very impressive on every level. Most important, they know dogs and honor the intense bond between human and animal.

I’m so grateful for finding Bow Wow Lounge. I know my dog will benefit greatly from her time spent here.

Bow Wow is a great place to send your dog! The staff really cares about and for them as if they were their own, and tries to make each dog‘s time there fun and enjoyable. Their retail is updated with cute seasonal stuff throughout the year too! My family’s anxious little dog has boarded there a few times and I know he’s in good hands 🙂

My dog and I LOVE Bow Wow Lounge! Staff is kind and helpful; facilities are nice (they recently finished renovations); and scheduling daycare, boarding, and grooming is easy!

Last year, when I was new to Chicago and looking for a new daycare for my Aussiedoodle, I chose BWL based on promising reviews, what I already saw was the ease of booking services, and responsiveness to my questions. My dog was having some trouble in large group, getting nervous and overstimulated, which led to him acting out during his first days at daycare. His needs were easily accommodated by BWL with a tailored service—a brief, quieter playtime to start his day instead of launching into the ever-expanding group of dogs just arriving to day care—and now he hardly ever acts out in the same way! Everyone was and is super attuned and understanding!

They also have really great insight into what my dog needs, and they get to know him really well! One day, I forgot to put his name on his bag of lunch and, upon remembering, was worried that would mean he would go without it, but it turned out that the handlers recognized my dog's food anyway and fed him with no problem (a reassuring outcome, if of minimal consequence). Sometimes, when I pick up my dog at the end of the day, the handler says that he did especially well that day, and I feel particularly grateful that I have BWL to help me take care of my big guy. We'll be using BWL for a while!
