This is the best groomer that we have ever had. Marty has taken care of our dogs for over a year and treats them amazing. She takes care with our dog that had acl surgery and protects his leg every time. Finding a good groomer is hard finding an excellent one is a godsend.

Great experience here with my dog! Called early this week to see if I can get her in for a basic tidy up, and they were so nice to accommodate us later in the week. The drop off process was quick and easy, and when I picked her up, they made sure to ask if everything looks good. Claudia took care of Kona and did a great job! Great price too at $60 for a bath, brush and trim. Will definitely come back

AVOID! They knicked my dog’s eye. Had to run him to the vet who confirmed. When I reached out to the groomer with the medical bills- they said it wasn’t them. No offer to reimburse, refund the groom or return the tip. Accidents happen, but they have shown that they really don’t care. Save your pet and go anywhere else.

BEWARE
If your pet has no fur and needs a bath- great groomer. For anything else Cheri is THE WORST possible cat groomer ever!!!!!!!!! Absolutely incompetent. Unprofessional. No skills- none! She charged $80 for a Persian shavedown and returned my cat looking like never before!!!!!!! Knots still in place and the booties all different shapes!!!!! I had to finish the job she wasn't able to....AND I'M NOT EVEN A PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME. TORTURE FOR THE ANIMALS.

DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Took my dog to get his ears cleaned. Nice staff and were good with my dog. He doesn't let me clean his ears, but he let's others. Will be coming back for services in the future. Photo of him when we got home after the ear cleaning.

Cheri is awesome, very caring for the animals. I have a high anxiety dog and she is super accommodating to her temperament. She just gets my dogs, very caring wonderful woman. I'll always return with my fur babies! Very affordable and fast nail trims! Love this place!

Very impressed by our first visit. The vibe is so calm. I don’t think I’ve been to a groomer that’s quiet. My dogs groomer came out and talked to me about what I was looking for. She completely washed, clipped,and cut both of them in a little more than two hours. Other places I’ve had to wait five hours for my dogs to be done. Will definitely return.

They always take great care of my girl. My pit does not like getting her nails trimmed at all, but these people are always patient and kind with her. They could easily turn her away bc she's difficult and they are always busy, but they always get the job done and give her a treat afterwards. Sarabi is lucky to have you guys taking care of her nails. Thank you!
