I can’t say enough how wonderful Mary is! She’s so patient, kind, and sweet. I brought Maverick, our Maine coone/tabby cat. He’s a butterball, fluffy, and can be a bit spicy.
Mary and her team take the BEST care of him and other clients. I love seeing the dogs and how content and happy they are. It definitely makes my heart happy knowing all the animals are happy, safe, and cared for.
Maverick looks so cute with his lion cut and definitely happy with his fresh cut.

I took my senior dog, Noreen, for her first groom here and it was perfect. Even for a busy day she was in and out within a few hours, and her cut is perfect. She’s an anxious little dog, but after reading other reviews I felt comfortable with her here. The staff are all wonderful and kind.

Editing to add that her most recent groom was perfect again! This team is wonderful with my anxious senior dog & I couldn’t be more thankful to them!

Excellent service! I went in to get my cat’s nails trimmed & they took me same day. They also did a quick and very good job with the trim. Will definitely return in the future.

rescued a kitten today from a lady giving away a litter and we found that he was infested with fleas. me and my sister have no experiences with flea baths, so we called this place up frantically since they advertised that they do flea treatment. they didn't have to, but they still took us in last minute and treated the kitty with such excellent care. so incredibly grateful we found them, such sweet staff!

Absolutely a wonderful to place go. So nice friendly, great prices. My Yorkie is comfortable with them and is not stressed out when I pick him up and he’s the nervous type. In fact he’s a real stinker. I would highly recommend Sit n Pretty best groomers we’ve ever used in our 20+ years of having dogs!

I normally come to this place to get my dog groomed. I informed the young lady at the front desk that I wanted my dog to be trimmed around the eyes but I didn’t want to much off because it’s getting colder. When I picked my dog up she looked cute but her hair was really short. Definitely not what I asked. When I informed the guy at the front desk, he informed he would ask the groomer. I would have chalked it up to miscommunication but as mentioned when he ask the groomer she seemed to have a attitude and rolled her eyes.I don’t know how they do business here but I don’t do disrespect. When asked she asked the original lady at the front desk and said that I said I wanted a trim all over which they translate to a full body cut. This was not what i asked! The groomer than proceeded to yell whatever just charge her for a trim. As mentioned you could be kind and say it was maybe due to miscommunication since I’m a customer but you want to get loud and yell. I’m going to give you the same energy so watch how you treat people. Then informed it would be $45 for the cut. The guy at the front desk then said $50. Now I had enough of the gaslighting. First you lied about the cut then now what I owe. Then the guy got involved and as a man I thought that was very feminine because you state you have cameras. Please show the camera and replay the clip. I don’t want an apology when they replay the clip, they just need to be aware of how to treat PAYING customers. Then as mentioned the guy proceeded to yell. And I had to tell him that keep that same energy for a man. I have never had a issue here but I will NEVER be back here again. Learn how to treat people with kindness if they have an issue not to be combative back. Horrible business etiquette. And the guy was trash!

My family and I have been taking our dogs over the last 15 years to Sit N Pretty. We are always met with kindness and talent. Our dogs are always content in their hands. Javyn is my dog’s stylist 💁🏻‍♀️ 🐶.
