Friendly staff and good variety for dogs and cats but the fish, reptile and bird sections aren't big enough and don't carry much variety. Decent prices and sales on some things and most of the essentials were there but definitely lacking variety. I would go somewhere else if you want more variety and better prices for reptiles and fish. Although they did have the best prices I've seen on basic starter tanks between 2-10 gallons. Really competitive prices. So it's hit or miss for me.

This store is awesome! Always clean organized and well staffed. I appreciate the rewards program. Also our food of choice is Fromm. Fromm has a buy 12 bags get one free. You save upcs and receipts and get a free bag. We've used this for 14 years now and we never get free bag. We never seemed to be able to keep all the upc's and deal with it. Well to my surprise Pets Plus loyalty card takes care of it for you! When you are due for a free bag they send you a coupon code to your account to use in store. Return policy is very easy. They even take back food items if your pet wouldn't eat them. I highly recommend Pets Supplies Plus for all of your pet needs!

Great shop and strategically placed. No more having to run to the mall for anything you need quality pet products. Would be nice if the carried the Wiggles, wags and whiskers brand leashes but the stuff they have is quality. A little higher end than you'd find at petco. Friendly helpful staff and everything seems to be on sale when you need it. Also neatly kept.

This place is always so wonderful for whatever pet needs you have. First the store is clean second the employees are always helpful and friendly. Third they always have a large selection of things. The prices are higher here depending on what you want but they range from cheap to expensive on mostly everything here I love this place

Just got some great help/advice from a young man that works at the store. I have two very different dog breeds and at different life stages. Three year old pug (who is picky), and a 7 month old French Mastiff/pitbull mix who isn't picky at all. He helped me find the best options in dog food for them, and bonus, if my pug won't eat the food I can bring it back and switch for something else! Which is awesome 👌. Can't beat their customer service 😀! Thanks so very much! Wish I remembered that young man's name, I'd definitely recommend him for a promotion!
