I really appreciated the online appointment set up which took less than 5 minutes to register. We received a kind welcome from the ladies at the front desk and the Vet was very informative, responsive and respectful with our pups boundaries when performing his exam. Her vet tech was also very kind and helpful throughout the process, he and she explained the summary of our visit well and provided good instructions at the end of our visit. This place was fast in the care of my dog and provided their best advice on the steps we could take to help him get better!

There was an issue with the online booking but they were still able to see my dog which I really appreciated. Vet tech and doctor were super nice and explained everything pretty simply for me. Price wasn’t too bad! I’m definitely bringing my dog back ( maybe stick to calling for appointments?)

My boyfriend and I just adopted our first dog together and we were most concerned about finding a reliable vet in the city to provide care for our dog George. We took him to Good vets and were immediately relieved to have found such an incredible vet to help us transition into this new chapter with our pet. All of the staff were incredibly friendly from the receptionist to the vet. We had a difficult time figuring out what food worked best for George and Good Vets helped us find the best choice and provided us reassurance that there were many other choices if anything were to change and that they would guide us through it. In our first few weeks with George we would have random questions that we knew we could rely on Good Vets to respond to promptly. We highly recommend Good Vets!! 100/10!!

Ive taken my pet here a few times and have noticed their pricing is higher than most vets and they charge unfairly. I was charged twice for the same service within a couple of months for a service needed prior to dental surgery, that's my first issue. My second issue is after my dog was injured at the groomer I took him in and was charged which wasn't a surprise. The surprise is when the doctor says she wants to see him in a few days for a follow up and they charge me a ridiculous amount just to say his paw is healing fine. Its unacceptable. I expect a certain level of service and the customer service is lacking. All fees and charges should be discussed with the client beforehand. Then I received a voicemail telling me that like other industries every service has a charge and the follow up was recommended not required. Well again the doctor made none of the clear to me. I suggest making sure you discuss all fees associated with the service before you allow them to touch your pet. Vetenarians are known to run up your bill just because they can and put charges on everything, this one isn't any different than all the others but they claim to be "GoodVets".

Exceptional care and support regarding my pets needs as they are getting older and developing issues with age. My concerns are acknowledged and taken care of with compassion. I truly appreciate the GoodVets Family so much. Most importantly communicating of what I see -vs- what should be normal for a pet experience symptoms of an illness has been vital to treatment for my fur babies. I am truly appreciative of the GoodVets Family for their knowledge, support, care, and patience for my fur babies as they age and go through the changes that come with getting older. GoodVets West Loop is incredible. From the front desk staff, to techs, to doctors, I have always felt in good care. Everyone is thorough and so incredibly caring. i feel as though I can trust any recommendations they make. And my dogs try to drag me to Goodvets on all of our walks.

If you’re first time pet owner (who’s first thoughts are “man how can I afford pet care when I do t even have legit insurance for myself” ) GoodVets is where you need to go honestly. They’re affordable and friendly. Two of the most important things when it comes to well WHATEVER! The vets were knowledgeable and encouraging. Check em out yall!

Don’t come here! Save your time and energy. Wouldn’t see my dog while they were sitting around doing nothing at 8am on a Friday and he was in need of urgent care! No other dogs waiting. Had an appointment too. Tried to reschedule me to Monday. The receptionist was snarky and rude and the last time I gave them a chance the receptionist at the streeterville location was extremely rude. Was nasty towards my dog, not even me, who was a 3 month Bernese mountain dog puppy so imagine that. Go to a sole practitioner vet or a boutique brand. This is just a chain like Outback Steakhouse
