This is my go-to reproduction clinic in the Chicago area, as a breeder (they don’t hate on us). The vet was really kind to me, even though I was getting a bit pushy. They have done multiple c-sections for me and the most recent was 10 corgi puppies. Mom and babies are all doing amazing.
I can’t thank the staff enough for such a good outcome on this birthday!

I was so pleased with the care my cat Ralph received. He wasn't treated properly somewhere else and we've been here with other pets and I got an appointment right away. My cat may not have recovered If it wasn't for Dr K and the rest of your staff . He had surgery right away.
Everyone made me feel confident that he was in good hands. They checked on him daily when he was discharged and gave me advice on how to care for him . He is soooo much better now. Thank you to everyone. Sorry I don't remember all the names.

Exceptional and Professional Service!

I had an immediate emergency with my puppy, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They quickly helped me get registered and checked in over the phone, ensuring everything was ready by the time I arrived. As soon as I walked in, they already had a room prepared for us.

Dr. Chavez was professional, transparent, and thorough in explaining the necessary steps to address my pup’s condition. After some time, I received the great news that my puppy would be okay! She prescribed medication and advised me to reach out if the diarrhea didn’t clear up in a few days. Thankfully, my pup is now doing extremely well—he even has more energy than usual, lol.

This place was a true lifesaver, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in case of another emergency outside my vet’s hours. Highly recommend!

To say I’m so appreciative of Midwest Animal Hospital wouldn’t cover it…

When other daycares couldn’t (wouldn’t) give my Sammy Gary the patience, training and time to adapt his German Shepherd style of playing to the gen pop…they would! And from day 1, they worked with me and Sam in doing just that. And when he needed on the spot training to curb his mischievous ways, their trainer Eve, worked with him and got him straightened out. I also love that if he needs a shot, a stool sample or to be seen, they will pull him from daycare to do so. All of the front desk staff, doctors, techs, daycare, boarding and Eve the trainer are just beyond unbelievable.
Sam started here with daycare then he became a patient and also boards, too. I swear when he spends the night or 2 or even a week, he's having the time of his life with his favorite daycare humans and doggies. When you board, get some training sessions too! Eve had Sam walking on his leash like good boy by the time I got home 🙂.

I have taken my dogs to midwest animal hospital for over 10 years. I am very happy with the care my dogs have received. When my shihtzo became suddenly and acutely ill, they were right on top of it. Several years later when she had cancer and needed to be cared for with saddened compassion, the staff and Dr. Flemming treated my husband, myself and Coco with unbelievable care. We just went with our new rescue for her first visit. Again, the staff and Doctor were wonderful.

I had a scheduled 12 noon appointment for a cat nail trim. I was told to have a seat and someone would come get my cat. After waiting 30 minutes in a lobby that never had more than 4 customers at any point, I walked back up to the counter and asked why I had scheduled noon appointment and have been waiting for 30 minutes. An agitated young lady at a computer stated, "I'll take him back." Within 2 minutes my cat was taken back. By the time I was called up to pay, I had spent 50 minutes at Midwest for a cat nail trim! I will find an animal care facility that values their customers' time.

Midwest always takes care of me and Chloe. I typically have a lot of questions and they always take the time to listen and educate me. They help me give her the best care that I can. Im very satisfied with the care they provide.
