My chihuahua who doesn't like very many people and usually gets feisty, is comfortable with the people there and it's made it a much more pleasant experience than unusual. I love it also because I usually don't have to wait a long time to be seen or book an appointment days out in advance.

I wouldn't even give this vet a one star! If you love your animal go elsewhere. He's all about the money and not about your pet. He had put staples in my animal wrong! And he was not apologetic at all he actually hung up the phone! This vet lacks of professionalism

Dr. Michael is really sweet with my African grey. Love the fact that he takes his time with Angel. He is knowable about birds and Angel will be seeing him every year.

I can't say enough about Dr. G and his staff. I lost my boy Odin on January 8th, 2024 and Titan February 21st of 2022, Dr G had diagnosed them both with cancer, losing my dogs back to back broke me Dr. G has literally been there for us from start to finish on my best friends. When the days came to say good-bye he made it very personal for me and stayed. He is the best vet I have ever encountered, their prices are fair and there are never any surprises. If you want an honest vet who is going to be up front with you and tell you exactly what it is, while also caring about your animal. He is your guy. I can't recommend Dr. G and his staff enough. Thank you for being there for me and my family as we said good bye to my very best friends.

I love the staff and doctors here when I got my first big girl I brought her here to have her taken care of in the second time I brought her in. They had kittens and I took one of those home and she has been the biggest blessing I’ve ever had, and since I’ve kept going to them, and now I live almost an hour away and I still choose to make that drive because they are worth it in my eyes. The staff is incredible. Dr. Katie!! has taken care of my kids from the start and she’s never steered me wrong. It’s a great hospital.

Brought my dog here because she’s having bladder leaking issues. The first red flag was the vet tried to charge us for meds without knowing if she had a uti, tumor etc. Second red flag was the tech couldn’t find her jugular vein to draw blood (keep in mind she’s a 60lb black lab very easy to find her vein) so she was digging around under her skin WITH THE NEEDLE finally found the vein after poking her twice. Finally the last thing was to cut her nails. This should’ve been quick and painless but it was the opposite, first snip my dog yelps and bleeds. I remind her the quicks are long she’s an 11 year old girl & to be mindful of that. The second nail is the same cuts her quick makes her bleed so I said “that’s it I do not want the service.” There was no compassion, no apologies. Today we had an in home nail groomer come by (who we’ve had multiple times come with no issues). Well today my poor dog is PETRIFIED of getting her nails cut. She shakes cries tremors at the sight of the nail clippers. If you are reading this review DO NOT bring your pets here. The techs are inexperienced, underpaid & showed no compassion.

This place turned down a kitten with a upper resp. Infection!!! Due to an incident with a different animal and the incedent was a year ago. How dare someone tell 2 teenage girls to leave with their new sick kitten. To me no matter what the reasoning was, that makes them monsters
