I started going to Caroline’s many years ago. Anila always does a fantastic job. Her color work is expert. My cuts and blowouts are beautiful. I've been going to Caroline's since I moved to the area about a year ago. I was nervous about going somewhere new after having gone to my previous stylist for over 5 years, but after my first appointment I knew I found my new salon. Anila has worked with me to achieve the look I want, and she is always working to make me feel my best. I've been getting a blonde balayage my past few appointments and I love the way my hair looks and feels. When I see my hair appointment coming up on the calendar I always get excited because I know I'll be feeling refreshed soon.

I can’t say enough great things about this salon. Anila is a true color specialist and always gets my blonde absolutely perfect every time. She has an incredible eye for detail and takes the time to ensure my color is exactly what I want.

Not only is Anila amazing at what she does, but she and her husband are also wonderful people. They create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. On top of that, they are incredibly accommodating whenever I need to get in quickly, which I truly appreciate.

If you’re looking for a salon where you’ll get top-notch results and feel like family, Caroline's is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Anila! What a wonderful person. I made a last minute appt with Anila for 6pm. So happy she was able to squeeze me in last minute. Great parking. I walked in and the atmosphere alone was very welcoming. I was there early and she was doing someones hair...time went by and she came up to me and apologized for running a bit behind. Was not a problem for me. Then when it was my turn.. she saw my inso pics on the cut I wanted. We talked and she got to cutting. Very sweet lady. She did not seemed rushed with me. She took her time despite working on another client. In fact it seemed like she was very considerate of my time. At the end of my appt i loved my haircut. I went from long to short. Really beautiful work. Appreciate you!

When packing 15 minutes before heading to the airport on a last minute biz trip, one might forget to bring any hair products or hairbrush 😆. Caroline's was open late on a Monday just a short ride (no traffic!) from ORD, and Anila and Tim were kind enough to join forces to give me a wash/blowout/style just before closing to help fix my lackluster hair in time for my meetings this week.
Super reasonable pricing and i really appreciated how they accommodated me at the last minute. Highly recommend this family owned salon and services.
