Personas que lleven a sus perros a este lugar.les recomiendo que los revisen bien de todo a todo head to tail.
Mi perrito salió lastimado de su patita entre medio de sus almoditas. Me dijo la dueña que no se hacen responsables al momento que salen de ahí los perros. Revisen muy bien a sus mascotas antes de salir de ese lugar.
Donde son irresponsables y nada profesionales.
En 7 años de vida de mi perrito nunca le avía pasado esto .y la mujer saga de responsabilidad.

I absolutely love how this place takes care of Tobi. Every single time he's there, he's so pampered and happy when he walks out, I love it. Prices are based on the dog breed & size, but it's all-inclusive pricing - I pay a reasonable price to get my dog groomed (this includes bath, haircut, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning). It doesn't take more than about 1.5 hours for him to be ready for pick up, which is so much better than any petco, petsmart, or anywhere else you would typically take your dog to. The best part is that dogs are NOT caged! They are sitting by the window, just hanging out and waiting for their owners to pick them up. This is great because my dog isn't stressed when I pick him up. I have never had any issues with any of the workers or other dogs. It's a wonderful facility and i highly recommend it.

Yuri at the dog room is the best groomer in Chicago. She is skilled at cutting and has a wonderful way with dogs. She has groomed my poodle tony for the last eight years and She cuts with precision and creativity. Tony is a shy dog but loves going to see his auntie Yuri. They have a special bond. Another major plus is your pet is ready to be picked up in two hours. If you are looking for an expert groomer Yuri is the one!

If you do not already bring your dogs here for grooming, YOU SHOULD !
We see Lauren and we and our pups love her. She is very sweet with them, takes her time and Lauren really listens to what you want for your dog. Everyone here is super friendly ! No matter who you see, you are in good hands.
They are always busy, so make your appointment ASAP !
You will not be disappointed.

Great place to take your pets. Yuri and Kay are great, I’ve been taking my dog to them for years. They’re also very quick so your dog isn’t there for hours like at petsmart. Glad to have found this gem
