I am SO HAPPY with our first visit to Monica's today! I have had bad luck with both Big Box store groomers, and so many neighborhood groomers are not taking new clients. The prices were reasonable. The groomers were so compassionate in their treatment of my fur baby. They listened to my concerns and groomedr my dog

I brought my beagle here for a bath, anal gland and deshedding service. She hasn’t shedded since. She was calm and seemed happy when I picked her up. It was like she had her own personal spa day. Normally she seems scared, but that shows me they are super kind to the dogs and they take pride in what they do. What I really enjoyed about this place next to their service was how friendly and informative the staff was. They were super nice giving me lots of great tips to care for my new pup. I was a satisfied customer that day and plan to come back in the near future.

We took our two mini golden doodles to Monica's after having multiple bad experiences at another groomer. One of our dogs has Addison's disease and doesn't produce cortisol when stressed. When we warned Dev about it, he checked the appt book to make sure that the day we brought our girls in would be less busy. He took the time to get to know them when we arrived and the groomers gave them lots of love. The girls were back to us within 2-3 hours and in perfect shape. We finally found a groomer we can rely up!

I’ve been bringing Charlie to Monica’s for 2 years now. We even moved a year ago and drive 45 minutes to get him groomed. A year, or so ago, Monica explained to us she won’t do a certain cut anymore as it will ruin the integrity of Charlie’s fluffy coat. She did the ones we had on the books but said it would change moving forward. I never questioned her when she explained it. She’s the professional and knows way more than I do. He always looks great and he gets excited when we pull up. He can also be a little spicy at times but Monica never makes a big deal of it. She is wonderful!

Not very happy! Took my doodle to get groomed. Made it clear that we liked the shaggy look and wanted no more then half the length taken off. He was shaved!!! She said that she would call if there were matts and if he needed to be shorter and I never received a call. He has chunks of fur missing, you can see where the razor was used as there was no blending at all and it is not even. The feet look so bad. A 2 year old could do better. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone

Took my dogs to this spot off Lagrange and have to say I was impressed by staff and groomers who did great job and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend Monica’s grooming spot.
