Excelente lugar, atendieron a mi mascota lo antes posible y todos fueron muy amables. El área era limpia y tenía habitaciones especiales para que mi mascota estuviera menos estresada. La sala de espera es cómoda y hay una pequeña cafetería.

We rushed here because my doggie niece decided to indulge in Halloween candies (wrappers and all!) and started throwing up this morning. This place is immaculate and impressively designed – honestly better than many human clinics I’ve seen in the Philippines. The staff here are absolute gems: sweet, attentive, and clearly experts at what they do. From the clean, welcoming environment to the knowledgeable care team, this clinic is a standout. Highly recommended for any pet emergencies!

My Biggy started having seizures maybe every month and a half, one or 2. A week ago he had many through the night and we decided to go to VEG, the Dr.s and nurses were really fantastic, caring, taking care of him and all of us honestly, and we were very relieved that we could go into the hospital at anytime to see him, and the staff, 24/7. Thank you all to the work you do, and that he was able to come home, and he's doing fantastic!?

This place deserves a 10 star! I have recommended to everyone I know ever since my Friday night experience! This place really cares about your pet and goes over and beyond to help you and your pet be comfortable in a scary and stressful situation! I was so impressed with every detail and the fact they came and picked us up as I was not able to drive there! We were fortunate in that they had enough staff to do so that night!!! Once there I was overwhelmed with gratitude in the peaceful ambiance and professionalism that was given!!
I was able to stay right with my boy for the 6 hours I was there to comfort him as we went through all that was needed in order to bring him home safely with me!
I can’t Thank you enough VEG you all are the best!❤️?❤️

This has been the best experience I've ever had with a Vet ER. My Baby Nala was having a sudden onset of back problems and she didn't want to walk anymore. We arrived at Veterinary Emergency Group and they were all amazing. They did a thorough exam and gave me my treatment options before charging me. There is a payment plan option through affirm that can help financially. My Nala is feeling better and so are we. They were so comforting and gentle with our Baby Girl. I really appreciate the services they provided and how gentle and kind they were with Nala and our family. You are all amazing ?. I'm so grateful that I found you guy's ❤️.

I visited VEG Pleasant Hill for my dog, Casso, who had an anal gland abscess. I was impressed by the open floor plan when I entered. I also love that owners can be with their pets at all times during the visit, except for surgery. I was able to see how my pet was treated, which I really appreciate. The staff are friendly and efficient, with excellent veterinary skills. They are straightforward and honest, and I feel that I am in good hands. This is a place where I feel comfortable and confident in the care provided.

I called for an urgent/emergency condition for my older Yorkie. The receptionist gave me very clear and concise instructions and forwarded me the intake form to expedite care for my pup. When I arrived, a team of very well trained Doctors and Veterinarians went right to work getting vital signs, medical history and providing care. They worked as fast as a NASCAR Pit Crew. Everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. They showed the utmost care and consideration for my pup and myself. I was well informed of the situation and shared the prognosis with true empathy and kindness. The options were very clear and detailed and tempered my expectations. Care for my Yorkie was unparalleled and I was amazed at how quick and compassionate they were during the procedures. This was a real scare for me and my pup at first but she was receiving first class care. I cannot recommend any other Emergency Care for your pet. Veterinary Emergency Group is top notch. Thank you so much! I am eternally grateful.
