Beyond pissed off at Feeders pet supply In Elizabethtown Ky!!! FYI do not waste your money there! They are absolutely pathetic aquatic keepers, you know there is science behind fish or aquatic life in general! As a fish owner of several species I have to say it's funny that my fish are thriving and have been doing well. That being said I buy a good selection of Angel fish out of all of them purchased I lost one( the most expensive). When calling the store they let me know that if I had my receipt and the fish I could be refunded because it has not been 14,days. They told me k could bring in a water sample to have tested for free also ( so I did that). After arriving with fish recipe and my water sample they perform water testing. After doing the test they let me know they could not refund me for the fish due to my water test results and levels being high!! What gets me is my fish at home are fine and my waters are all CLEAN/Clear and maintained adequately!! I have kept a fish tank for years and to have this issue I haven't!! I have taken chances on purchasing fish from a store that were obviously sick or not in good health! Just to save them and bring them Back to good health!!! Considering all my other fish are fine and I myself feel experienced in the aquatic ecosystem i simply believe this store just did not want to do the refund. After telling me I qualified. Might I add upon refusing my refund they offered selling me several products to do my own test and to fix the issues they say are wrong with my water. I'm sorry but I walked out!!!! Why buy products from a company that dose not stay true to their return or refund policy!!! My point is it was optional for me to bring in a water sample to have tested but because I did they used a piss poor excuse to not refund me!!!

Happened upon this by accident actually coming in to get my dog a new sweater as we seemed to have misplaced her other one. $5 to take pictires off your phone. $25 if you want them on a flash drive.

Feeders is my go to for cat, dog and reptile supplies. The staff are always extremely professional and helpful. They do sell feeder roaches out pretty quickly but that’s to be expected being they are, as far as I know, the only place in town with them. Each time I come in most everything on my list is in stock and I am grateful for that. Keep up the amazing service! Your staff are greatly appreciated!

Super friendly staff. Great selection of dog food; wet food, dry food, very high end dry dog food. I highly recommend the brand "Open Farms" little warning...it is quite expensive. Really expensive honestly, but it is in my opinion, along with multiple online sources, lists, etc. have this listed as the #1 dry dog food brand that you can buy.

The fish section is terrible. The fish tanks are not being properly maintained, and there are dead fish that have been sitting there for too way to long. The employees do not know how to handle the fish properly. The entire fish section has gone downhill since the remodel. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy fish from there again. Honestly, if I knew a better way to report this location, I would.

The staff where extremely friendly they would be the only reason if I did decide to come back but the store was unprofessional between the dead fish in the tanks all the way to the dead bearded dragon laying lifeless among three other bearded dragons it was a very disappointing and disgusting site considering they had to be told hey you guys have a dead animal especially when there is 3-4 employees working everything much love but unfortunately I will not be shopping here again
