Bath area isn't as nice as other ones we've been to, although there sprayer was pretty cool. Staff was extremely friendly! We got toys and treats for my girls birthday. She is a coonhound so ofcourse everyone wanted to say hi and they didn't treat my pittie any other way(which we've had happen places)
We will for sure be back

Really nice variety of dog food and treats. Great selection of really high-end feed and treats. Kinda pricey but you're paying for quality ingredients
Edit: I'm not complaining about the pricing btw, you get what you pay for! Also, they have member rewards and discounts which I highly recommend.

Customer service is awesome, they have anything you could want or need for your fur baby and some pets (fish) not sure on any other pets.
Very reasonable prices can't beat em' and easy to find.

It was a great store but there was a very rude manager there to myself and the person helping me who was an employee. I asked her if he's always like that and she said "yeah can't call corporate they won't do anything"
This is saddening to hear of such a person being allowed to manage a business but I guess that's life.

They DO Carry (Science Diet Chicken Recipe w/ no soy, wheat, corn.) This is what my cats eat they love it & it's hard to find unless you go to the Chewy Website.

Very best business for your pets needs. Grooming is available . The staff are very helpful and friendly. The age chart I added didn't come from Pet Smart, but i am Sure they have something like it. It's a helpful tool

I would give this a negative star if possible. We drive over an hour to get the sales deal they had and once we get there the labeling made ZERO sense. We asked Nick an associate to help and he also was VERY confused of their own labeling of the sale. He apologized and said they would honor the BOGO deal at the counter. The lady at the counter also said she could honor it there. He then found us in the store and said he spoke with several others and he was sorry they wouldnt do what they just said they would do for their own mislabeling and confusing sales sign. We then got a fish from the back and went to the counter where the employee being trained today literally slammed the fish * a live animal* into the PAPER SACK with water from the fish bag basically melting the paper bag. He then said he was "sorry" in the rudest most condescending way I have ever been spoke too. Absolutely refused to honor what we were promised by two employees. Absolutely WILL NOT be back to give this store anymore of my business until they get some things worked out better. We DROVE AN HOUR to get the sale we called beforehand to make sure we can get. Don't go here. You'll have better service and prices at Feeders Pet Supply down the road. Luckily we went to PetSmart and had the best treatment and all sale prices were labeled correctly. It was nice being treated well after being humiliated by Per Supplies Plus.
