I was in there the other day washing my 150 lb German Shepherd and I have to say the service from Liz and Genessa was excellent. Very friendly women that were more than happy to help in any way possible. Excellent job!

I took my dog there for a bath three weeks ago and it was beyond disgusting. I had to ask for a staff member to clean it which they are required to do after every dog. He acted like I was putting him out. He did not clean it like it should be. I have been taking my dogs there for years. The pictures I took are after he “cleaned” it and I housed the hair away from where I was standing.

Do not come here unless you want rude service, and to get kicked out for no reason other than for other customers to take your spot. Please read my review because this is the truth Behind this store. While walking into this pet supplies plus, the service was terrible from the very start. All of the workers were in a pack by the register, not working, and just stared at me and my family the second we walked in with annoyance. One worker finally acknowledged us and walked over to the register to check us out for the dog wash. We went into the wash when we heard one worker ask the hoard of people not doing anything if the dog wash was cleaned. They all said yes, but after walking in, it was pretty clear that they were lying because there was hair everywhere and it stunk bad, but that is not the main point of the review. The worst part was that while washing my dog we were trying to hurry up because we had noticed that more people had come in. Obviously, there is no time limit but out of consideration for the people we saw we decided to just start drying him. He was still extremely wet before a worker with blue and black hair came in with an extreme attitude! At first it was okay and she just asked how long we would be there for, but after we told her we needed at least ten minutes, she said “oh. 🙄” very passive aggressive and just stared at us for at least 15 seconds before she turned around and shut the door. Not even two minutes later, she comes in and tells us that we need to leave. Just because the other people really need to get into the wash. She was very rude while talking to us giving very dirty glances while we were packing up our stuff. But there was really no reason to kick us out, all we did was try to bathe our dog and it’s not mine or my dogs fault that he takes a long time to get clean and dry. The people waiting i’m sure were being pushy about getting in, but it is not my problem. They should have told those people that both dog washes were full and there will be a wait. Just because other customers were being rude to that employee, doesn’t mean she has to be rude to us. I am now at home with a wet, cold, shivering dog in a 70 degree house. I won’t be surprised if he gets sick or has an ear infection.

Do not come here, especially not for the dog wash. They are racist and rude. First of all, every worker was just standing in the front and not paying attention to us. When they finally noticed we were there, they all looked at each other looking annoyed and didn’t say a word. We told them we needed a dog wash and they said nothing but, “how many towels?” And that is it. When we got into the dog wash, we were there for 30 minutes max I have a high maintenance dog and he was very dirty. And while we were drying him, he was still soaking wet and cold, when a white lady with black and blue hair (she did not tell us her name) came in and stared at us and said, “How much longer are you going to take?” with a lot of attitude and when we said we needed at least 10 minutes all she said was “oh” and just stared at us, she left for barley 2 minutes before coming back in and specifically saying, “Okay you guys need to leave right now, we have a line and they need to get in here.” They never informed us about a time limit (there isn’t one), and we paid for this. Me and my family are POC and women, there was also a white man (who was very nice) and she said nothing to him only us. I have gone there multiple times before, and when the washes are full they are supposed to tell the people in line that there will be a wait, but they just forced us out. The “line” was two dogs and they were both white family’s. And do not delete my review because I know when you do, I know that is why the rating is so much higher than the actual service quality.

Fantastic pet supply place. Their selection of grain free dog food is excellent. They have a whole isle of it! They also have a dog washing station.

Many different types of pets and food/sullies offered. It is really a place for everyone! Also, their staff is super friendly.

I shop here quite frequently as it’s nearby, The staff has amazing service like perfect. But when the head manager is there (I think Silva) EVERYTHING TURNS AROUND, She is rude to me and countless other customers not to mention she is horrible to staff. I have experience as a manager and management positions. She is completely unprofessional and unproductive, I would have fired her by now but I do understand the paperwork and all that. She yells at the staff even putting them visibly on the edge of crying. She should be fired but it’s not my decision.
