Overall an incredible experience shopping here! Elisabeth deserves a raise!! She helped me so much when I came in trying to find the right food for my new kitten. I went in for crickets for my lizard, I got approached by lady with an attitude she was quit bigger than everyone else there and I politely asked for 80 large crickets for my animals at home but this lady gave me 25 large crickets after I had asked for 80 large crickets, Yes I counted every single one so I approached her and I told her this isn’t what I asked for and smiled with a unpleasant face and gave me 25 more large crickets… management needs to do a big sweep this store is filled with teenagers with 0 passion to work horrible experience…

If you are looking a dog wash that is the place, you can buy a prepaid ticket for 5 and save some money, It is quite and friendly for your pet, the shampoo it is included and clean towels for them, parking space and they open early

I booked a wash and brush for my 6 month old puppy. I arrived exactly 10 minutes late and the groomer told me she couldn't take me because she had an aggressive dog right after my dog. I told her she didn't need to dry my dog all the way, he really needed a bath. She said she didn't do any cutting/trimming, she only does bathing and brushing, even though the bath comes with a sanitary trim and she didn't remove any of the hair in his ears. My advice for owners is make sure they do everything that's included. This was a weird experience. Not to mention the dog right after mine, that she said was aggressive, was waiting for me to put the harness on my dog and he wasn't aggressive at all. The dog and my dog even smelled each other just fine. Again, very weird experience with his groomer. Won't use her again.

The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Elizabeth went above and beyond on the phone with me while checking stock and ended up teaching me something new! My one stop shop for my cats and dog!

We took our goldendoodle to get a haircut here today and the result was SHOCKING. They cut his chest in multiple places despite him being a very calm and still dog (they even commented on how well behaved he was) They shaved his tail completely even though we asked them not to. They did not shave his paw pads or around his genitals and there’s patchy long and short areas of hair all over his body. The cut is so bad that he will be taken somewhere else to be recut. We dropped off a beautiful dog and got back a razor shaved giant rat.(before and after pics). The manager understood and refunded us, hopefully his tail grows back.
