I love the atmosphere of Hairy Beast - the owners are so friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving my 2 (very spirited and large) dogs with them for their baths. They also gave really great recommendations for follow-up care when I picked my babes up. The fact that they have a small, semi-enclosed parking lot that's right up to their front door was a huge plus for me. The glamour shots they take after their grooming sessions are so cute and funny. Peeps and Beeps and I will be back!

Honestly where do I even begin. The staff is amazing and always kindhearted and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me over the phone and email. They kept me informed and up to date on the status of the bath. They also took their time with my sweet boy chapo who is a cane corso and made sure his bath with them was pleasant. I definitely recommend coming here because not only are you supporting a local business but you’re also supporting a professional business who caters to customer service and quality. I was recommended here by my sister who brings her dog Rex here. If you live in Aurora or surrounding areas I highly recommend you check this place out before going to any other groomers. Hands down the best groomer around. I have a small poodle mix with terrible anxiety. He hates going places and even more hates grooming. But he loves going to Hairy Beast Dog Pawlour. It is hard to find a groomer that works with him as he is not an easy pup to groom and can get a little nippy with past groomers. Not here. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and can't wait to go inside for his grooming. He always looks great afterwards. Everyone here is so nice and really takes care of your fur babies.

We were forced to find a new groomer when we moved to Aurora and I was worried about finding someone that will take the time and work with my feisty boy. I had no need to be worried. From the very first visit they were kind and you could tell that your pet is in great hands. We shave my boy close, and he always looks great after. No red irritated skin or razor burn. We LOVE Hairy Beast Dog Pawlour!

Go for it if you want to gamble with your dog’s looks. First visit was great, the second visit no less than an apocalypse. My pup had much less matted hair the second time around but the groomer put that forth as an excuse to completely shave off all body hair. Our pup was unrecognizable. The groomer spent just a couple of hours on my pup as against 5 hours in the previous visit. Absolutely lack of professional commitment to do a job for they were paid a big amount. Would never ever go back there again.

Brought Rufus in for grooming and gland expression. Great location for downtown Aurora. There is parking in front of the store, so you don't have to park on the street. Pricing is great and didn't take long at all. Will definitely be coming back.
