TRUST THE REVIEWS, DON'T GO HERE!

I'll try to keep this short, we got a cat from a shelter and he was having diarrhea problems so they said to take him here. The place is dirty, the front desk lady is rude and they have animals in cages just sitting out, not to mention a pig just wondering around. The smell is awful too.
The dr there said it was his diet that was causing the diarrhea but I was having second thoughts from the moment we stepped in. I even brought them a stool sample which they said was normal. I took him to my regular vet, Huntley animal care, which I've been going to for years and they found out he has a tape worm! We are getting him the meds he needs right now but I don't think anyone should trust this place. Not to mention the dr was so rough with him. ☹️

This lady is a complete rip off. Our family’s dog has been extremely sick and she has been collecting our money for months. Took him for a second opinion within seconds advised to put him down. Who does that? So inhumane 😡

Very reasonable with the price for my four legged friend. Responds quickly to your call and gives great treatment I love that the Dr gets right to the point my apollo is all healed thanks to her. We need more dr that care about your loved pet and not about the money.

A simple neuter procedure landed my pooch in the ER a few days later. He would not stop bleeding from the incision and the swelling was enormous. The office was a mess and smelled of ammonia from the 8-9 cats they are rescuing. Dried blood on the procedure table and they sedated him in the waiting room. He drooled and spaced out all over the dirty linoleum floor. Came back and he was left crawling and disoriented on the waiting room with his back legs under him half under sedation. No meds given for home and no follow up procedures from the vet until I asked her directly. Unprofessional, dirty office, and an ER bill over $5000 for multiple blood clots and vessels left bleeding inside him. Emergency surgery saved his life. Do not use this vet! I cannot stress this enough. Not even one star should be given but you have to make a rating. Never again.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! Disgusting place, from the smell to the lack of cleanliness & even the staff are terrible. I was going to foster a cat so I brought him I'm to get neutered. The Dr seemed really annoyed when she came out to see the cat. She lifted his carrier so see him and tossed him back in the chair..literally tossed the carrier with the cat inside. After I let off a few remarks, another lady said "why make a big deal, it's just a cat"

People who deal with animals should be compassionate & patient. If they act so rude infront of us, imagine what happens behind closed doors!!! Listen to all the negative reviews, they are not exaggerating

Yesterday's visit was very triggering for me and my fur baby. Coming up the first step, a small dog frantically runs out yelping, two women trying to stop him, one grabbed him, (secretary) he got away. I used my stroller to block him from using the stairs, he ran into the corner of the porch instead. One lady yelled he's bleeding, get a towel. The lady left crying with her dog wrapped in a towel. I opened the door but didn't go all the way in because of the big dog and it's owner in the chair close to the door. The door stood and growl at me, being told several times, to come down, at this time the big dog behind behind the desk stood and seemed to want to come out held back by a thin gate. I decided it wasn't safe for me and my dog whom was in the stroller. I decided to just leave. I didn't mention having a full panic attack outside, during all of this. There was no way I was going all the way into this place having to squeeze pass this big pit, who clearly was anxiety about me and my dog being there by staring and growling at me. I didn't even wait for my ride to pull up, I just started walking to get away from there fast as possible.
